Zuviel Oel eingefüllt. Nicht behoben und Motorschaden riskiert

Zum wiederholten Mal wurde von Mercedes Scholz zuviel Oel eingefüllt beim Kunden-Service. Statt es einfach abzulassen, sollte ich die ständigen Warnmeldungen ignorieren. Als ich zum 7. Mal dort war und reklamiert habe, hieß es der Sensor wäre kaputt und könnte für ca. 750 € behoben werden. Ich fuhr dann zu Mercedes Pickel. Die sofort erkannten dass viel zu viel Oel eingefüllt war, und haben abgelassen.
Endlich wurde das Risiko eines Motorschadens beseitigt! Leider nicht vom Verursacher!!!

Nach mehrmaligen Anfragen mein…

Nach mehrmaligen Anfragen mein Trittbrett vom GLC zu erneuern ständig vertröstet worden und keine Antwort bekommen .Das wäre bei Hirsch dem Vorgänger nicht passiert. Habe mir jetzt einen anderen Mercedeshändler gesucht.

Motoröl zum Höchstpreis

Meine Mercedes-Werkstatt in Crimmitschau (vorher Hirsch) wurde von Auto-Scholz übernommen, was leider bei der ersten Inspektion A dazu führte, dass der alte Preis von 19,84 EUR/l sich auf satte 37 EUR/l erhöhte. Auf meine Reklamation bekam ich keine Antwort und soll nun den überhöhten Preis bezahlen!
