From start to finish they provided all the info needed, a very fast delivery and the return of the old turbo including return labels and reuse the box the turbo arrived in. I did ask a question on the help desk and was quickly responded to by a very pleasant person called Malik, so a big thank you to him and all the team. Thank you.

Just to update.....2 days after I returned my old turbo, my deposit was put into the Alma account ( thats the Alma credit site) and my Alma bill adjusted acordingly. Turbo fitted and fingers crossed all good. These guys are good, not like Autodick etc.
