After contacting to QC manager my case was resolved. Thank's show for that. I wish support from first line be helpful same way as QC.
Website is wrong about parts compatibility many times. Fe windscreen wipers 2800011217280 are shown as fully compatible for C3 Picasso 2015 1.6 VTI, but in reality they don't fit (they might fit for C3 Picasso before 2010)
Shop charges you 10 eur for delivery of part that doesn't fit and charges extra 10 for return. And offers paid service to check compatibility.
This is what they reply when you complain about not correct information and request return:

The description of our products only contain their technical specification and cannot guarantee their compatibility with certain vehicle. Before placing an order, you should check OEN indicated in the description of the corresponding item.
As well you do not have the safe order option therefore return is at your own expenses.

But they don't show OEN for article in request :)
So we will mislead you, but we don't care and YOU have to pay for our mistakes. Very bad service

I have ordered gas struts for the boot of my Renault Grand Espace with the compatibilty check on the website and parts with the same OEM parts number, however the parts are 1 cm too long, therefor they do not fit.
I contacted the customer service by mail and they are happy to change the product, as long as I pay the return postal costs from the Netherlands to Germany. I ordered the unfit product at a Dutch website, and both by German and Dutch law you are required to take back the product and pay for postal costs if you send a defective product. It is a pitty that a manufacturer made a defective part, but you are the one selling it.
The customer service employee points me to the fact that I should have paid extra for a professional check. I work on cars since I could walk. The OEM parts numbers match-up, but the gas struts are simply too long. Also I contacted you within the 14 days mandatory by law return policy. So if you pressure me to send back the parts asap on my costs, to stay within the 14 days, you are ignoring the relevant laws.
Would you please take back the defective parts you delivered, and give me correct parts, without charging extra. So you stay within the limits of both Dutch and German law? Thank you.

I do not recommend it, I am a thief, my name is Sebastian Kondys, I bought 3 car upholstery fluids, I will ship them It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, I have been waiting for 7 days, there is no parcel from the company, there is not even a message that the parcel has been sent, and there is no message from the courier They are thieves, I wrote 3 emails to them and they didn't reply, I called them and they don't answer their phone, so I reported the matter to the police.

I ordered 4 tires there over a month ago. After a few days I received the first 2. To this day I do not have the next two tires. I also sent e-mails asking about the rest of the order and I always received an answer that they were checking what was wrong with my order and I should wait for the answer. I never got it. I have always written first, but since February 26 I have had no contact with the store. I strongly advise against shopping on this website.

It is more than 2 days and the order is still not shipped. It is smells (on my own experience) that it will take a long time, 1-2 weeks until delivered.I already ordered the same exhaust manifold from another store because this gives uncertain trust from onderdelen24.nl. I already cancelled my order at onderdelen24.nl, so I hope my money will be refunded.

Contact is no existent. You cant call them if there is a problem. You must PAY for them to make sure a part fits on your car when other websites do this for free.
Biggest complaint is they DO NOT hold up their 1-2 day shipping policy. When you contact them by email you never know what email to use because there are so many. I just want to call and cancel my order but I cant do that because there is no number to call to contact someone.
I would rather pay €20-€40 more and get the piece of mind that you will get service and can contact them when needed. Never again will I order from here.
SO be aware that you pay lower prices but in turn get nothing, no contact, no service and lies that you can follow your order in your account, which says nothing but what you ordered.
Also I don't see why they keep calling themselves "auto-onderdelen24 Nederland" when there is NO office or warehouse in the Netherlands. This is a German company that sources parts from places like Poland and Romania.
