I have used AUTODOC a number of times over the last few years and one worry I had was if I had a problem with a part how would the returns process work. Well it finally happened. I had to return a part broken in transit. The service I received was second to none and was sorted soon after sending a picture of the part. I will definitely use them again

I am more than pleased to write a positive review of my experience dealing with you regarding the wing mirror I was purchasing. I was delighted when the delivery arrived so promptly and the product was in perfect condition.
I would have no hesitation in recommending AutoDoc to any of my family and friends.
Unfortunately I had not sent in the correct details of my car and I am in the process of trying to return it through DPD which is proving more difficult that I expected. However, the after sales support, correspondence and clear communication from Hanna and her team has been second to none. Fast, efficient and very friendly tone in all contacts.
I wish you well and hopefully will have the returned product with you by the end of next week.

This vender is pretending products are in stock while they are not. Even after my enquiry, when they confirmed 'not in stock' they kept the status 'in stock' for the product on their website. Thus misleading customers seems common practice for this business.

Placed an order for a product, paid for the product, money immediately taken from my account. Low and behold, after I paid for the order, I was then advised that they could not deliver to my country, as the product was "bulky". They had a the order details prior to taking money from my account. They effectively knew that they could not deliver the product, but still processed the order and took money from my account anyway.
I am further advised that a refund will take 1- 5 days to process. I consider this to be "sharp practice" and it is my opinion that I had been intentionally mislead. I am not finished with this mob, by any means!!!!!

AUTODOC advertised a 10% FIRSTBUY discount for new customers on TikTok, with no minimum purchase required, and nowhere in the advertisement were any important product exclusions clearly explained. Because of that advertisement, I placed an order expecting the promised discount.
Instead, only a very small discount was applied, maybe around 1%, but I still went ahead and confirmed the purchase. After contacting customer support, I spent more than an hour going back and forth with different representatives and receiving inconsistent explanations.
As an apology, the first representative gave me a new code for a 10% discount that I was supposedly able to use. He told me that he could not refund the missing discount amount on the original order and that the only option was to place a new order. Based on that, and by mutual agreement, he cancelled my original order.
After that, I tried to order the same products again and applied the new voucher, but once again, instead of getting 10%, I received maybe 1%.
Then I had to contact customer service again, and the second representative explained that the 10% discount does not apply to all products — something they conveniently failed to mention in their misleading advertisement.
As a result, the second representative had to re-enable the order that had been cancelled earlier, but of course I still did not receive the promised 10% discount. On top of that, I lost more than an hour of my time and a lot of nerves.
This was extremely misleading and a complete waste of my time.
I am especially disappointed because this situation could have been handled much better with clear communication and honest advertising.
AUTODOC, I sincerely ask you to be more careful in the future with the advertisements you use to attract new customers. That would save your own support agents from ending up in embarrassing situations and saying that they are not responsible because a different team handles the ads. That only makes the company look even more unprofessional.
Instead of gaining a satisfied customer, you ended up with a negative review.
