I think their face masks are great, but I placed an order 10 days ago and still not arrived. I had to chase the last order after 3 weeks. Products are great but service is poor.

i did not receive my order, however when i contacted Autins they responded immediately and the order arrived within a few days. This is the only reason for only 3 stars, the face masks are excellent and a previous oreder was delivered promptly

I have continued to buy masks for my friend's and family since the start of the pandemic.you always get a prompt service .many thanks

Goods not received 2 weeks after ordering!! Not possible to comment on quality therefore, only poor service!

Yes, I ordered direct from the company & I had an email from Martin Lockyer last Monday 7 March (to my personal email address, having chased the order) saying he would ask again for them to be sent. So far nothing!

The facemasks are very comfortable, good value and free postage.

The Face Masks I ordered were a repeat. They are the best for me. Originally I ordered them from Amazon but they were no longer available there so ordered direct from Autins. Great service - don't like using Amazon so when I need more I will certainly come back to you.

Good service and value. Mask lining a bit flimsier and less padded than previous purchases of the same item I bought on the amazon website - now listed as out of stock.

If this new batch of Masks last as long as previously it will be very welcome !

We ordered 3 packs of masks and face mask filters, which arrived by post very rapidly. Both were of an excellent quality and provided more protection than the blue masks seen frequently. We paid a very good price. We will be definitely be back if we need any more.

A week after ordering products from Autins they have the audacity to ask my view on their service, when I have not yet even received the goods, and yet they immediately charged my credit card upon my online order being made! I have not even received an email advising of shipment! Poor service.

Really like Autin’s face masks so ordered some more - directly from Autins. They’ve now arrived which is great - but no communication at all about despatch and delivery, this could be improved!

My order came really quickly and is as described. The masks and filters both are good value for money. I’m very pleased with the service.

I saw a Austin’s face mask been worn by one of my customers who recommended them to me. I wear glasses and the idea of these been waterproof appealed a great idea and so far I have not had steamed up glasses when using the mask. Highly recommended by myself now too

I will begin my review by telling a short story for making my point. Pro-covid years in a similar season, people weren't coughing around.
Yet nowadays simply it is everywhere, people tend to cough around you while not wearing any masks.
It is two months now since I have been using these masks. At the same time I had at least 3 incidents, where people coughed at me (without any masks) in less than a meter distance. I can safely assume judging by the incidents that at least 2 out of those 3 might have had covid.
These masks have protected me and I never experienced any symptoms I can tell you that. So, overall, great product!
