Authentic Detective has always gone above and beyond to find every relevant detail behind the items they authenticate. They helped me find out an item another company said was real was indeed fake! They used in-depth comps and explained things to me clearly about the bag. You can trust AD; they put in the work and I am very satisfied.

This company automatically deem things inauthentic if they don’t have a wash tag. This is totally deceptive and misleading to the person trying to have the item authenticated. This also is a major disservice to sellers who are selling Vintage items without wash tags. Not a very experienced team.

Reliable and fast, have used AD many times to help authenticate my purchases. They have saved my wallet a couple of times and they never give you a thumbs up if they are uncertain.

The AD team know every details of luxury items. I wanted to authenticate a Prada Wallet and helped me to find every details I needed to take a picture of. The service is excellent & fast. I recommand.

Incredible service! Responses are so quick but they're also thorough because they've requested an upload of more photos multiple times. I also couldn't find the date code in one of my LV wallets and they helped me locate it because it was very obscure. They will also be my go-to authentication service!

The team here goes ABOVE and beyond to help! They charge 1/2-1/3 or less than competitors and their service goes WAY above. I’ve used them multiple times and tbh they just get better. Today I was I. Desperate needs of help and they helped immediately! It was honestly may 2 minutes and my COA was processed. What’s the chance of ANY other company doing this??? I’m a customers for life here!!!

I used Authentic detective for authentication they were thorough and asked for more and more pics till they were satisfied.This put me at ease as they didn’t just authenticate without rigorous inspection.

So shocked that I got a result from them in one minute! Are you serious? I thought there was a glitch but no. Because they deemed my item accurate as it already had authentication from other 2 companies. Kudos to Authentic Detective.

Great experience with Authentic Detective! They quickly and accurately authenticated my bag, and their fee is VERY reasonable. As with any authentication service, the client MUST provide all the photos requested ~ and they must be clear. Anyone who tries to pass off poor quality photos to an authenticator is not going to be happy with any authentication service. Provide the requested photos, and you’ll quickly have a your authentication certificate from Authentic Detective. And you’ll be super happy with the fee!

I’ve used AD about 4 times and the whole experience was a breeze. I’ve never had a problem with AD authenticators. One of the items I wanted COA ended up needing more specific photos. Submitted what was required and few hours later got my authentication done. And $5? Can’t beat that price right?
