Overpriced

Overpriced, slow shipping, and only partially refunded

I purchased a replacement battery for my Autel IM608, thinking I was getting a fair deal.
Shortly after placing the order, I found the exact same battery from a US seller for over $50 less.
I contacted the seller and only got a $25 refund after multiple emails.

The shipping was extremely slow — it took nearly 2 weeks and got stuck in California for several days.

The battery did arrive and works, but overall, the experience was frustrating.

Communication was okay, but I wouldn’t buy from this store again.
Shop around first — there are faster and cheaper options out there.
