Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I have called multiple times with no answer, emailed with no response, sent WhatsApp message and even used the online chat - completely ignored. I bought a brand new device in April 2026 all updates at up to date but it doesn't work as advertised and when i needed support there was none. Taking customers money is easy, but providing after sales support clearly isn't. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

I do replie to your answer : i bought the item from uk warehouse not from china. And i wouldn't sent item to china for repairs. If you making business from uk warehouse you should accept return to uk warehouse and then you send item to repair wherever you need. I will not spend money for postage to china which cost me a lot and wait 3 months for repair. Terrible company

The product is fine but this company are scum on the back of algae growing in stagnant water.
