The advertisement says you can try out the cooling blanket for 30 days for free and within that time you can return it for free, but the return policy saus that for returning the item must be unused and in its original packaging and the returning costs are for the customer... I agree, it's a scam.
SCAM - beware - I purchased cooling blanket. The product that arrives is not the same as the photos on the website. Requested refund - they offer 30% - I pushed for full refund - emails back and forth and they finally agree to refund me 40% - but they never did. What an awful dishonest company. How can websites like this be allowed to continue selling? I don’t even know who to report it to as they are out of Australia. :(
Bought a "cooling blanket" from this store. It is not cooling at all. I requested a refund, but was offered 30% refund and to keep the rubbish blanket because the postage to return would be too expensive according to Lisa or Liza (clearly not a real name) who responded up to the point where I said I will report them, then nothing. Do not buy from this place, you will get inferior products and will not get a refund. BEWARE, STAY AWAY!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES FROM CHINA
