Total scammers

Total scammers. Do not buy they products arrive damaged. They do answer the phone emails are ignored. Total rubbish. So disappointed thought it was an Australian company. Just CHINESE RUBBISH. NOT EVEN WORTH THE SHIPPING COST.

I ordered a Colour Match Logic Game

I ordered a Colour Match Logic Game - it was very very small - broken already - and something you would expect to buy at the Reject Shop for 50 cents.

I contacted them and they have done nothing about the situation.

Do not buy from this site without further investigation.

I know I will never buy from them again.

Hi not a fan of this company the whole…

Hi not a fan of this company the whole process is painful. They take forever for delivery next to nothing on communication on your delivery. My item was faulty dosent work emailed them still no reply. I have learned my lesson Lorraine

No star worthy honestly

This is not worth any stars for this review. Looks like a cheap toy in a trashy showbag. I paid $19.90 plus postage for this game for my husband and I to play when away in the caravan - what a joke! It is so small, my husband's fingers won't even be able to pick the balls up! Pity I can't attach a photo. SCAM!!!!

Very very disappointed

Very very disappointed, the item took a long time to even be posted let alone receive. One finally received it was packaged terribly. Then the product…. Was absolutely awful, I wouldn’t even think about giving it to any kids. There was loose electrical wires hanging out not to mention the item didn’t even work ! Talking to the company was one of the most difficult things going weeks with out reply emails after giving well below customer service. I couldn’t recommend steering clear from this company any more!

It is extremely disappointing so only see a reasonable response without chasing your company on here where the world can see . Theses issue where brought to your attention in numerous emails including videos and pictures and only now are you willing to take accountability shame on you.

Poor quality, item not as described

The item received was not as described, very poor quality and size difference to the advert. I contacted the company and they stated I had the right to withdraw but I would have to cover the costs to return the item to an address in China. So the name of the company is very misleading.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Unfortunately I read the reviews from other unhappy customers after I’d already ordered.
I have had a terrible experience, where after two months from date of purchase, I’ve just received an email stating my item was delivered, and they sent me a photo of the delivery location, ITS NOT MY DOOR.
So $55, two months wait, and I have no product, and they don’t communicate at all.

After reading my poor review on trust pilot, Australian Kids sent me an email saying I can get a refund.this was stated on their reply on Trustpilot. I have heard nothing since then. They obviously said this on trust pilot so people think they are giving people refunds for products that don’t work at all. kEEP AWAY from Australian Kids. DO Not purchase anything from them

100% disappointed with everything

Shockingly overpriced, poor quality, packaging inferior, customer service a lot to answer for, and that's just the beginning. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Parcel arrived in a poor state due to the way it had been packed. I asked for return refund ... I won't begin to share my disappointed further

Should be called “Chinese kids”

EDIT TO ADD: just pointing out that even though their response to this review says “ We would like to look into your case again and work toward a fair resolution. Please contact our customer service with your order number.” their customer service agent “Sarah” whom I was still in communications with at the time, wouldn’t budge from a 30% refund only.

My husband purchased 2x suction car race tracks.
The suction plugs are such poor quality, they don’t stick to anything! The plastic track is difficult to manipulate and impossible to make a loop like the picture shows. We even laid them in the sun for a good portion of the day to try and soften the plastic up a bit. My husband ended up having to take it outside to set up and SCREW one to timber to try and make it partially fun for the kids.

I contacted “Australian kids” and it took over 2 weeks and a follow up email from me for them to respond. Only offering a 30% refund OR full refund if I ship the items back to CHINA at my expense…

I have been back and forth with their customer service team, and they will not disclose to me where this business is actually located…

Looking further into their website I can’t help but notice ALL of their product images are AI generated?? And any negative reviews are removed from their website, including my own.

Don't trust this Company

This company shouldn't be allowed to call itself Australian Kids. It's a Chinese company that provides the worst delivery service & has no communication with customers. The package arrived in a flimsy plastic bag so both items were damaged. I would recommend at all costs to avoid this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE Luminous Led Drawing.

I purchased a Luminous Led Drawing Board for my granddaughter BEFORE XMAS, arrived and it’s not working.
I have sent several emails and NO RESPONSE at all!
I have even tried to call the mobile number on the website and number is invalid.
This is such an unprofessional company, that have no customer service.

Faulty and not as advertised …

I purchased the projector light that was so not what it was advertised as, the animals didn’t reach the ceiling, on the wall smudging, it was cheap and plastic. I saw the same one on Temu much cheaper and thought this must be better quality.
When l complained they sent an email saying they reply within 12-24 hrs and it’s been 3 weeks and 3 emails sent with the same standard reply.
Don’t be fooled by the company name
I won’t buy again from this site

Kids Phone: undelivered

Ordered a kids phone for my son for Christmas on the 16th & when I’ve checked the tracking it’s been sitting in Melbourne VIC, since the 28th of December now it’s the 3rd of January it’s a little disappointing not getting it in time for Christmas but also thinking it was already in Australia as the company name is Australian Kids. Slowest parcel to arrive.

Slow carrier pigeon service.

Been waiting two months for a small parcel that a carrier pigeon would have already delivered. Still no sign of it coming and goodness knows how much longer we are going to have to wait, that's if it ever turns up. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered 3 items. Delivered only 2. Product ordered for 119 Aud. The products sent doesn't even qualify for 5 dollars. My 5 year old kid told me "mamma this is just junk" This is a big scam. Do not order from these scammers. It is not Australian product. This cheap junk is sent from China. Scamming you with its Australian name. If there was zero star, I would have given zero rating.
