I've been using Quick Books desktop for maybe 20 years
I've been using Quick Books desktop for maybe 20 years, updating as available. Then I replaced my computer and Intuit now wants users to do their bookkeeping on-line. So, until your offer came along, I had no way of obtaining software for my new computer. Couldn't find anything similar that I, at nearly 80 years of age, could understand.

Their customer support is second to none!
Their customer support is second to none!! I had some difficulty installing and registering QuickBooks, but the were right on task assisting me every step of the way -unbelievable!! And the program works great.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I had questions before I purchased and they responded to me with no delay. Another company I contacted 3 times in over a week has not even responded. When I was having issues with the activation, Adam responded right away and had it working in no time. I will keep them in mind for any future software needs.
