i noticed the 1 star review, and based on my experience buying from Austin Natural Mattress late last year, decided to add my review. I bought a mattress from the Bee Cave location. Steve was amazing. Knowledgeable. Non-pushy. I had actually come in for a frame after buying a mattress online. i ended up canceling my online order and going with Austin Natural Mattress. I'm SO glad i did. I was given a wonderful deal. i've had my mattress for 6ish months now and i LOVE it. Steve added a couple free pillows as part of a deal, and encouraged me to take my time and test out loaner pillows to make sure I was happy. The delivery & setup were well communicated.

So price was great, product was great, I trust them. I am wondering if perhaps that 1 star review is some kind of personality clash? Or miscommunication?

I recently referred my son and his fiancé to Natural Mattress in the Bee Caves location based on my Dr recommendation. The owner sold them a Magniflex mattress. It has been almost 3 months and they have yet to receive their mattress. They have paid for their mattress up front and have been offered no credit to date only a different type or size of mattress altogether as a loaner . The owner has been unapologetic, aloof, and without concern. I would not purchase a mattress at this location.

BEST SLEEP EVER! We went to Austin Natural Mattress in Bee Cave where we met Steve Chandler. He showed us around the show room and asked questions about our current Mattress and what we like, we like firm with a little squish. Steve is so knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and gave us various suggestions without being that pushy salesman. Steve was so great with tending to our needs and we are now getting the best sleep of our lives. We love our new mattress!

P.s. The next time we need another mattress, Steve Chandler and Austin Natural Mattress will definitely be the place we go!

Easy process for buying. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was knowledgeable and low-key. No pressure to buy. Also, gave us an extended trail period for our new mattress and got our order quickly processed and delivered.

Amazing customer service skills! I love the product too! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress. Steve goes above and beyond for his customers!

I shopped there and needed to have an order shipped to me. Since the store is quite far from my house, shipping the items to me was the best option. The items showed up on time and without problems. AND - the store followed-up to make certain I received the items and I was happy. Great customer service! And the all-natural, organic, dye-free bedding I ordered? Fantastic! I sleep better, and that is wonderful. I trust these folks.

I went to many mattress stores looking for the perfect mattress, encountered many sales personnel that talked too much, like the more they talked the more knowledgeable they were but weren't. All tried to push their more expensive product with no care to what my needs were. When I went into Natural Mattress I was immediately greeted by Steve, a layed back guy that was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to make me feel like the most important customer and was genuinely concerned about what I needed to get a good nights sleep. The one he recommended was not the most expensive in the store but was perfect for me, infact I briefly fell asleep (sorry again Steve). I highly recommend this company.

Friendly salespeople, quality product, mattresses made in Texas!

No one knows more about mattresses than Steve Chandler. He is the go to guy for everyone in my family. We know we won't be undersold or oversold.
