Such great communication from the owner at every step, I always knew he would respond and do his best, so grateful, I love my beautiful clock!!

I bought a product from this company and never received the item. I was eventually refunded a week after receiving shipping information. There was no follow up communication, explanation or response to my follow ups about my order. The item has since been relisted at a much higher price. I would strongly advise avoid doing business with this company. The experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of time.

Prompt delivery - exactly as ordered.

I ordered 5 packs of 100 sheets of high gloss photo paper, but all the papers I received were matte, not high gloss as advertised. I contacted the seller, and they were initially very responsive and sent me replacements. Unfortunately, the replacements were also incorrect—they were coated papers for laser printers, not photo paper and definitely not high gloss. I emailed them again to let them know, but this time I received no response. Very disappointed with both the wrong products and the lack of follow-up.

I purchased 2 printers for my small business a few days ago. They said they had 11 in stock. I placed my order and they took thousands of dollars from my account. Expecting my delivery to come soon, today I received an email saying that my payment had been "refunded" and the payment would take a week to come back to my account!!! WTH! This is days after I placed my order... AND now I have no money or the printers I need. They have now changed their prices on the website, still showing the item in stock. YOU CAN NOT TRUST A BUSINESS LIKE THIS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

You still have not replied regarding the incorrect item that you sent me after you said you would!

No one picked up calls.

They are selling expired ink cartridges without mentioning - Misleading.

Await for their reply for the return and refund.

Hope don't need to pass this to the NSW DFT.

This is literally the only place I can buy this silly e-scooter. They're in Australia and I'm in the US. The site needs to be updated to reflect your countries currency. AUD ($) symbols are identical to USD ($). So I thought they were asking almost double for their products. I paid with Paypal (for an extra layer of security) and payment went to an Indian jewler - which was sketchy. But within 24 hours the CEO emailed me thanking me for my order and explaining why that is. Makes sense but still. Their responses to emails + the CEO emailing are pretty much the reason this gets any stars. My main complaint is I ordered priority international shipping with FedEx, and their warehouse guy didn't even create the shipping label for at least a week after I paid. Could have been here by now. Anyway, it's still being shipped but wanted to give my 2 cents before I forget.

Also - I paid for their silly route.com thing. Which is just another layer of tracking. It asked for access to all my emails when signing up so I just didn't use it. Since shipping is handled by FedEx I just requested they give the tracking number, which they did without issue.

Very quick dispatch, excellent communication. Lovely email from one of the owners. Very happy.
