From the moment we walked in to have a look at what would be available within our budget, Mariana instantly made us feel so welcome.she listened to what we were looking for, our budget and was so thoughtful in her options presented for me to try on. After much deliberating we finally decided and left after being made to feel very special.
It was also wonderful Mariana was there and available when we picked the ring up, she instantly remembered us and the conversations we'd had.
This ring was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and Mariana most certainly made it feel so special.

Mariana was great helping me choose and order an engagement ring. Delivery was a little slow but sorted easily via a phone call. We had the ring resized in Sydney and got great service here too

I found the sales assistant called Jean at the Chester store extremely professional. She helped me choose a ring for my daughter for Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely buy from there again.

Were fantastic from start to finish. I bought my partners engagement ring from here and we also bought our wedding bands from here. I don’t know a thing about jewellery but they took their time to explain the all best options. Everything they did felt so personal and just made the experience so nice and memorable.

I had a rough idea of the type of engagement ring I was looking for but needed some support working out the finer details. I'd called around a few different companies but nowhere had really blown me away.
Cue a phone call to Austen & Blake in Chester where Jean picked up the phone and answered all of my questions before booking me in an appointment to come talk in person. She walked me through different options and advice and helped me get the ring on time with a strict deadline.
Most importantly, she seemed genuinely interested and friendly throughout the process, including after I had placed the order. I work in sales, and it's very common to see salespeople fake interest or lose all interest once a sale has been made. I did not get that impression here.

Jean was a delight to work with and I highly recommend both her, and Austen & Blake - Chester, to anyone.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in Chester this summer and I knew I wanted a black diamond bespoke eternity ring. Mariana welcomed us into Austen and Blake and made the occasion feel really special. After offering us both champagne, she took the time to share her suggestions and design ideas based on my ask and let me try on a number of different rings to get a similar look and feel to what my ring would eventually look like. It only took three weeks to design and create my ring and it is absolutely fabulous! I wear it everyday and I’ve received so many compliments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Mariana and Austen and Blake for such a professional and seamless experience not to mention my beautiful ring! Thank you so much!

Went in on Saturday afternoon to collect the engagement ring we had ordered a few weeks before .Absolutely beautiful ring couldn't be more pleased .My partner and I were very impressed with the service we received from Mariana who helped us design the perfect ring .All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The craftsmanship of the ring is beautiful and I have received so many compliments on it .We will definitely be back to order our wedding rings .Would definitely recommend anyone to go there when looking for a special piece of jewellery

From the moment I first contacted the shop in Chester I was met with friendliness kindness and professionalism. Georgie looked after myself and partner with an appointment which wasn’t rushed and felt like we were all that mattered that day. We selected 5 rings with their help and my partner left me to pick final choice. Georgias advice was practical and thoughtful and a great help to me. The ring was made and ready on time and the collection was effortless and again friendly and professional with humour as well about coming back for a wedding ring.which we will of course will. With service like this no one else would come close.

It was my absolute pleasure to have Mariana help me to choose a diamond engagement ring and a wedding ring. She was extremely patient, showing me many different ring styles and answering my numerous questions. I didn't feel at all pressured to make a sale and Mariana made my whole experience very special.
