Very good customer support i have a avorion server and was maxing out 12gb of ram and with in 20 mins of msging thay were able to ad more ram with out loseing my save

Been using this service for half a year now and the server connection has been high quality from the getgo. I'm from Queensland and wanted an Aus server. I'm new to server hosting and very technologically illiterate and the staff have been very patient and helpful.

Honestly the best server hosting service I've ever used and I've used a ton. Their costumer service is very patient, respond literally instantly, helpful and kind. Only costs like $20 aud a month for 8gb with like average 18-24 ping.

Easy to setup/purchase, runs smooth without issues.
I encountered a memory leak due to the game bugs so admins upgraded my memory free of charge until the leak was patched.
Any support tickets I made were answered so fast I thought they were automated but it was an actual staff member solving my issues.

I can't recommend these guys enough, whenever a new multiplayer game comes out for me and my mates to play, I buy it here before anywhere else.

These guys were great from start to finish.
They helped me step by step to set up a Project Zomboid server for my friends and I, guided me through how to restart it etc etc.
