Order #83926 ordered a battery and never received anything! I have emailed several times, no answer either. Is that a spam?

Can't recommend this outfit at all. They sent me the wrong battery, then ignored the three emails I sent (there is no phone number on their website), asking them to rectify this and offering to return the wrong item. Only when I contacted PayPal did Aussiebattery respond by refunding my money. It seems clear that only the intervention of a powerful third party made them fulfill their legal obligation to a customer.
I Purchased 6AH battery, received a 8AH.. Think that’s good ..mmmm…READ ON.
Note Batteries were 100% charged with a genuine Ryobi charger.
TESTS:
Tested this knock off 8AH on a Leaf Blower & it ran for 13mins with Weight = 653grams, Start voltage: 20.37v
Obtained a Genuine Ryobi 4AH (for a test). Tested on same Leaf Blower & it ran for 20mins with weight = 720grams.
Start voltage: 20.63v
CONCLUSION:
So… The Aussiebattery.com 8AH battery is actually equal to a Genuine Ryobi 2AH battery.
RECOMMENDATION:
Cost wise - you are better off buying a Genuine Ryobi 2AH battery instead of a Aussiebattery.com 8AH battery.
I wish I had found these reviews sooner. I got ripped off as well. Paid for a replacement battery for my Dyson which never arrived. Have contacted the company via email and their website form and no reply! I have contacted them five times using multiple email sales, support and even the hr email. Stay away from them as you will lose money. I am lodging a complaint with fair trading.
As per multiple reviews on here, didn't ship as ordered and no reply to any attempts to contact. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
Bought 2 Ryobi 18v batteries from AussieBattery.com.au 6 months ago. The batteries only lasted a month and I have not been able to get a response from this company since then. I am considering reporting them to Consumer Affairs or the ACCC.
Ordered the battery on the website, payment was taken from my credit card & no confirmation email was received, I have emailed multiple times asking for a tracking number & ETA & still no reply dodgy scamming fraudulent business STAY AWAY !!!
No phone number - No email reply after four seperate attempts to contact.
Was shipped an incorrect battery for JBL. The one I ordered was correct so I thought I had it licked! Alas they are not to be trusted. They do not reply and basically not contactable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Same as most people. Ripped off. Bought a battery that I thought was an OEM one. The picture and description indicated such. The small print and wording would appear to be their get out clause for the cheap piece of rubbish they sent me. After a battery failure and several emails requesting a warranty claim I have given up hope of ever getting my $100 back or a replacement. Not that I would want one.
They mark your order as "shipped", but do not give any tracking and do not reply to emails.
I own three online stores and every order comes with this when we mark an item as shipped. I asked AussieBattery for the tracking details. No answer. No surprise. Never got a tracking number. It did arrive however, even though it was much later than advised on the site.
So we accepted that the seller was legit, albeit tacky. But not even two months in and the battery we bought for our Dyson is not working anymore. And of course, we can't get an answer about getting a replacement or money back.
So we gave up and bought a new vacuum instead of dealing with this moron.
If this just happened to me, you can be sceptical, but online reviews show that others sometimes do not get their order, and those who do get a battery that doesn't last more than a few months either, and no refund or communication from AussieBattery. Such a ripoff.
Biggest scumbag, these guys. They deserve to be jailed. He is obviously buying dodgy batteries and making a killing off it. He must be stopped.
