All about the lie
All about the lie. I have someone got deported because they didnt imform this person in time. I got almost deported also, because they didnt inform me the immigration department request in time. Luckly I got my own PR few days before it happened. Do not ever use this company. they promise the path to PR/Sponsorship/Job, nothing ever happened. expensive.

Out of this world experience
- Overpromises things and doesn't deliver anything as promised. Price and quality of service does not match at all.
- very minimal effort (almost non-existent effort and communication shown)
- ghosts once you asked for refund
- Director of the company is very rude. Only gets a response from Ausphin after being reported to Fair Trading. Had the audacity to say to me that it was "UNFAIR" to bring this matter to Fair Trading and I was trying to ruin their business after waiting almost 4 months for a refund and being ghosted. Tried blaming me on not contacting them when every single time I've called goes straight to the voicemail. None of the numbers that I was provided is available for me to contact, every single one of them goes straight to the voice mail. Then blames the lockdown for not being able to do what they promised to do when in fact, it was not during lockdown when I signed up.
Well done Ausphin, you've checked all boxes.
