Haven’t received package. No correspondence or postal advice.
I have emailed and messaged through Instagram, and had no response. Very ordinary customer service, I just want my package already or a refund.

Countless emails and no reply to anything.

I ordered this product in October and am yet to receive confirmation from Australia post. I have emailed them and contacted them in two different methods and I still am yet to get a reply from this company to be able to help me as well as not being able to find a phone number for more enquires. Not sure if I will get my products at all at this point...

Still waiting on my parcel. All attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Almost 3 weeks without even getting a shipping notification.

Wish I could of orderedmy last order before they starting rebranding

I made a purchase of a facial exfoliant and body scrub - ONE week later I am sent an email saying due to re-branding they cannot fill this order. Then I am sent an email another week later, asking me to review my purchase and offering me 30% off my next order. How the heck can I review something I haven't received, and how the heck can I use a discount code with a brand who aren't filling orders? Who is running this ship?!

Love the Facial Exfoliant Scrub and the Coffee Clay Mask. Both have such a nice subtle scent and work well for my skin!

This product is fantastic! I specifically use it to keep on top of fake tan fading in patches. I get perfect removal and my skin is softer than ever.

It is the best product! It leaves the skin radiant, soft and with a summer glow. Highly recommend the brighten facial scrub and the body scrub (coffee scrub with coconut oil)

Love the smell of the products. My favourite is the coffee shower scrub and the vanilla bean body cream.

Only used the face scrub twice so far but made my face so smooth and soft. I just wanted to know if it was ok to put my moisturizer on top?
Also with the body scrubs do they all get the same results even if I get the honey one rather than the plain coffee one?
