SCAMMERS!!! Beware. Nil communication or response to emails. Had to lodge claim through PayPal. Disgusting

Do not order from this company. They are scammers. They do not have the product send you messages like this after paying for your product: Does this sound like a scam:

Hi, we received the following invoice from shipping company for you .($250) It's a refundable caution fee to protect your products, it's refundable at delivery.Ask for their payment details when you are ready.

Do not order from these scanners they will just take your money and send you nothing and bullshit you out of your money

Complete Scam , paid $400 for medication from Australian warehouse then then was requested to pay another $400 to clear customs . Asked for refund . Address say Sydney . Then they claim to be in Western Australia. I lost my money and they should not be trusted

Ordered Dianabol Tablets paid for the order through what’s app send me a tracking number and then required to pay another $130 for delivery insurance which was not advised of when I initially purchased the product attempted to get a refund and they said not able to Don’t buy from this company they are scammers will report them to the police for fraudulent activity

This company trades as Independent Living Specialists and I recommend you look at the extensive reviews from unhappy customers using this in your search parameters. My experience was as follows:
Unacceptably slow dispatch and delivery considering it was a medical product required quickly. Arrived too late for the patient.
No refund on unopened, unused product with sales team stating no "refund on sale item". This is in breach of Fair Trading Consumer Rights Legislation. They are also in breach of Therapeutic Goods Administration laws regarding their practice of supplying medical devices without valid prescription.
Absolute lack of compassion shown by management when I requested a refund the day it finally arrived.
Will use their lengthy sales contract/ condition of Sale policy to try to wriggle out of refunds.
I wouldn't consider this company to be trustworthy with warranties or any other aspect of after sales support.
Offered me $100 credit and suggested selling on other web based market places such as Gumtree.
Item cost nearly $5000.
I'm in the process of pursuing this with Office of Fair Trading and have consulted TGA.
Buy somewhere else that operates within the law, offers after purchase support and has consistently good reviews.

Terrible experience. Delivered the product late even though I paid for express and was the wrong colour even though the invoice clearly states the colour purchased. Called and emailed to follow up with no response.

Very easy to navigate your website to find what I needed. The order came quickly and the quality was excellent.

Great customer service. Prompt delivery. Scrubs are true to size, great fit, lovely colour range and very comfortable. I highly recommend these :)
