1 star is too much I received an item that wasn’t ordered and charged extra postage I didn’t ask for then offered an apology and a partial refund - accepted but never received Total scam

Scam - wrong product delivered
The same thing happened with us as with Marie’s comment. Different product sent! Interesting there is a photo of the ordered product with the ingredients, so where is that product!! Is that a fake photo and write up? Will try for a refund, but probably a waste of time.
This company is seriously dodgy
This company is seriously dodgy. Ordered a weight loss product called burncore and received a googear keton supplement product for men. I am a woman.. I cant even find the product they sent me on there website. Charged me fifty dollars. It took me a week to actually get an email with tracking. They offered me a 30% refund. When I refused, I have had no interaction with them since. I have reported them to ACCC. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to buy a product from this company, think twice. They are total rip-off, a total scam.
It’s a scam.
I ordered two tubes of a cream and was sent two tubes of a different name that had completely different ingredients. They charged me $59.95 and refused to refund me my money. Eventually had to involve PayPal and was then reimbursed. It was obviously a scam, advertise something and then give the customer an inferior product and refuse to give them a full refund.
I would not even give them 1/2 a star…
I would not even give them 1/2 a star rating, got ripped off big time with wrong product and no correction ,i also blame Westpac (Duty of Care)for funding companies like asmanthus,OCN global and disbursing funds to a person claiming Uber Service .h i believe the suspect is within the bank.Westpac recently disbursed funds of mine to OCN -Global and i am having bad experience with this company at the moment.
I solely blame Westpac for dealing with these companies with a blind eye at our expense.
I bought nicotine patches 1 box $68.94
I bought nicotine patches 1 box $68.94
I was charged twice!! I contacted them they said no didn't but my bank records show 2 payments taken, I Th sent them the banking payments and all other details, then I get ridiculous answers, no outcome, no refunds or explanation, I am reporting them to authorities and scam page, I then get told they are sending 2 lots as they say I ordered 2 lots, why would I order 2 if I hadn't tried them 1st, I told them I will be returning 2 and I want a refund.
This company sold me a snake oil
This company sold me a product with no active ingredients in it and refused to give me a refund. The products is Googear Keto Diet Drops for losing weight and there are no active ingredients. I have flagged this business issue with my bank. I have been in contact with their customer service team via email numerous times and sent them images of the ingredients list and they are refusing to pay the money back. Do not buy from this company.
