I have used Aus Finance for the last couple of years now and during this time I have acquired new loans and carried out refinances with broker Victor Lagos.

I have recommended a few people to Victor and Aus Finance and all of them have not been disappointed with the level of service they have received.

Victor is extremely competent and knowledgable as a broker. We have just finished another refinance with Victor which he has completed seamlessly.

Our initial request was to refinance our home to a lower interest rate and added an extra redraw for home renovations and a brand new car.
The process of gathering our documents was so easy to compile through their system. We were able to upload all our personal documents which were encrypted so our personal data was safe and secured. We didn’t have to see him personally everything was done online; most communications were done via email and over the phone.
Victor was able to attain us lower interest rate of 3.64% which equates to saving us over $60k over our loan term period and now our repayments are even lower.
He was so professional and diligent and achieved what we were after. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to Refinance, get a better deal on a lower interest rate and repay your home sooner!

Tommy and the team at AusFinance were fantastic in helping us into our new home. At what can be a stressful time, Tommy took the time to sit down with us, explain our options make sure we understood and put us at ease. We had some challenges, as the settlement date on our new home was earlier than than we could negotiate on our old home, but Tommy and the team moved heaven and earth to make sure we could get into our new home stress free. We will be using AusFinance in the future.

Highly recommend using this team. Unlike our 1st mortgage my wife and I decided to use a broker after real difficulty with our previous bank (CBA). Our rates were far too high and it seemed that the bank was simply not interested in reducing it at all. Even with our new mortgage CBA would not reduce their standard rate without a comparable quote from a competitor.

I would highly recommend this team, l would much rather have a professional broker pushing for our best interests not the banks.
