Thieves and Scammers

Euro 3200 of orders never delivered and now they even closed their facebook account!

Shameful!

Placed an order 03/05/2023 with a total of € 431,27 .
The order contained a gold coin with a delivery time of 30 workdays.
On 12/06/2023 I mailed to requested an update and I received "die brauch noch."
I reply that if it is the gold coin that is not available it can be changed to one in stock. No answer.
On 28/06/2023 I send mail: "Gibt es Neuigkeiten zu der Bestellung?" On 30/06/2023: I resend the mail
On 30.06.2023 I Received mail: "Alien fehlt noch."

No further update

On 25.07.2023: I send mail: "do you already have a shipping date for the alien? If it is not longer availble can you please cancel the order and pay me back the amount already paid for the order: € 431,27"

No further update or response

03.08.2023: I send mail: "do you already have a shipping date for the alien? It has been 3 months already when the order got placed, and yet no date is given on when to receive the order. If it is not longer availble can you please cancel the order and pay me back the amount already paid for the order: € 431,27"

xx.xx.xxxx: No further update or response

05.08.2023: "Please cancel my order and refund me my money. The Alien 1/10oz gold was available in 30 days the moment I placed the order. We are now more than 3 months later, and you still have the alien on your website available in 30 days. ... (shortened for this review)

Mail gets ignored, no more email from now on.

After the mails the conversation went to Messenger, where it helped to post on his facebook channel to get him to reply.

In short he was OK to change the coin that was not available with another coin that was in stock: The Kookaburra 1/10oz 2023 Gold coin (that was a few euro's cheaper than the Alien 1/10th oz Gold that I ordered initially)

Today on 11/09/2023 the order is still not shipped, nor is the ordered refunded.

Instead, after mailing him a reminder, and a notice that I filed a complaint with the ECC (EVZ in germany), I got a mail: "I told you guess 20 times place a new order for Kookaburra 2021 we take the money and you pay the rest. Dont know why it is so difficult. I hate it. Do you get my emails or do you just want to **** me off? "
There was not even spoken about Kookaburra 2021 but the Kookaburra 1/10oz 2023 Gold, and it was cheaper the the Alien 1/10oz Gold, and I would have to pay him an extra ?

So do not order with Aurunumis or anything that has to do with Sebastian Schmidt & Silvana Stretz GbR

And please, if you do not get your order, place a complaint at the ECC/EVZ. The complaints are always forwarded to the German EVZ

Never recieved my order nor a refund!

I have ordered my coin early February. Until today (4 1/2 months later I still haven`t received my coin nor my refund. My emails are being ignored. I will forward this case to my lawyer now.

Please be aware of this shop... I have one year old order in this shop (no moneys, no coins), to this day I still cant reach them by phone or by emails, they shut down my reviews on facebook...I try everything.... DO NOT BUY anything from them, I dont know how can they make a bussiness in Deutschland? There aro no authorities to arest them?

Still have no money back, but seller finally contacted me, but he is blackmailing me to delete this review and after that he can refund the money
Please we must all get together and sue them for this gigantic fraud machinery...

If I could give a zero, I would. A ten plus could be given for being unreliable and dishonest.
Think twice before placing an order online with them.
Save your self the frustration and time. Expect long delays and none completion of contractual obligation.
The products are in good condition and packaged well, if and when received. Prices are competitive.
My relationship as a buyer with Aurunumis/Sebastian Schmidt & Silvana Stretz GbR started on April 6, 2022, I had placed a total of 7 orders in the amount of 7,007.38 euros. All invoices were paid by wire transfer immediately when received.
All orders except for the first two were delivered within a reasonable time and after requesting them to be delivered. The rest of the orders were a nightmare.
The delays were over 2 to 3 months and in some instances more than 6 from the expected delivery date and only upon many requests for delivery.
When inquiring about expected delivery dates for my purchases I heard every excuse in the book, from it is on its way, package got lost, supplier/carrier delays etc.. Finally, they blocked my phone number. When confronted about the blocking of my phone number, he said that the people in the office did not speak English and wanted Mr. Schmidt the boss to handle it.

3***0 with a 30 day expected delivery was partially shipped. I received 1 coin in December 2022. The last 2 coins Royal Tudor Beasts Yale of Beaufort 1/4 Oz Gold Coin, 2023 never received.
After a good deal of emails requesting the coins or my money, he finally sent me the money of the original purchase price of 936 euros on March 21, 2023. He did not have the courtesy in all this time to do the right thing. The coins mentioned above are offered by many reputable coin dealers within a 3 to 5 day excepted delivery date.
To be clear, all orders have been completed and delivered except for the last order which I have received partial delivery and reimbursed for the amount for the items not received.
My point is, was it WORTH IT?

I do not recommend. coins were delivered 7 months after ordering. Very poor communication. I will not shop here again.
