Item not as promised, could not get a full refund

Item not as promised. The Qiawi mouthpiece was uncomfortable, would not fit right, caused bleeding gums from rubbing. 90 (now reduced to 30 day trial) day guarantee for full refund was not honored - got a partial refund after several emails, 50 per cent of total. Although they said free shipping, they managed to add on 19.95 USD as 'handling' fee - NON refundable. I did not see complete total on their order form - but saw on payment method when I reviewed on paypal.
This is a scam, item not a medical appliance of any use - in fact dangerous in that it causes excessive drooling, jaw pain, and rubs on gums causing blisters and bleeding.
