Outstanding!!
First of all, I LOVE the plush toys they sell - amazing quality, so soft and super cute! I received a notification of an offer on their site for plush toys that I collect for my daughter, so I purchased a number of them. After placing the order, I decided I wanted to order the remaining ones for our collection, but it wouldn't allow me to use the offer code again. I did the live chat, which was really quick, and after speaking to the advisor and explaining what I wanted to do, they kindly lifted the block on the promo code and waited while I placed my order before switching the code access off again. I thought this was amazing service and I was so grateful for their help. When we received the 2 parcels a few days later, to our surprise and delight, they'd also included a free gift in each of the parcels. Exceptional customer service, quick delivery and amazing products...what more could you ask for?!
