I ordered from them in February, have still not received my order, no shipping update. Tried to contact them for a refund, no reply, do not buy from them.

I ordered some extensions in start January. First of all they blacklisted me so I can't send them mails. I wrote to them on all of their social medias. I received a response on instagram. And this lovely person(I thought) helped me get my things sorted. The person gave me the opportunity for a refund and I gladly said yes. That's now 14 days ago, I haven't received a refund and they ghosted me on instagram. SO to sum it up dont use your money on them. They're the worst kind of fake and cowards
