Aurora-London UK. Awful material and quality and look nothing like picture - very ugly. Take forever to deliver as coming from China and not UK as suggested. Says on website you have to pay £35 for return and you need returns form from them. They don’t respond to emails requesting form and surprise surprise no telephone number. Total scam. Wish I’d seen all the other reviews before placing order. Not a single good review to be found in the UK. No address. No telephone number.

They have sent me something that looks NOTHING like the dress I ordered. It's laughable. The only funny thing is in order to return it for a refund they say I have to pay £35 which is more than the dress cost. A massive SCAM. They know what they are doing, sending out items that bear no relation to the items advertised then knowing people won't return them due to the extortionate return shipping costs. It's basically theft

Cheap stinking PU leather, poor quality stitches, non refundable unless you want to pay shipping to Asia from own pocket. They sate the item to refund has to be unopened. Really?..Regret I didn't read other reviews before buying

Waited ages, to receive shoes that were too small, made of cheap fabric not suede &cork as advertised nor the same colour! What a con. No ability to return, nor full refund.

Absolute scam of a website. Clothes are nothing like as advertised. Cheap rubbish made in china and impossible to get refund. Clothes received were not what I ordered, wrong size and complete imitation of what was expected. Do not purchase.

Absolute Tat! My boots arrived after a month obviously from China! From there name I expected them to arrive from London!they look nothing like the boots in the photo they advertised! Cheap crap that are ill fitting and probably fall apart in a couple of weeks

Product is cheap and was too small. Despite being called London - these had to be returned to China!

Ordered a shirt for a wedding 6 weeks ago the shirts arrived late, asked for a refund and told i would get 15% back plus have to pay for postage to return

AVOID!! Cheap and nasty quality! Nothing like product advertised, not UK based took a month to arrive … refund policy 15% refund return in 14 days at your expense BUT they could get lost according to team member Michelle!! Which would be your problem!!! Surprise surprise!!!! Don’t waste your money 💰 like me 🤦🏻‍♀️

Avoid at all cost. Awful cheap fabric, no labels. Based in Asia & using the same photos or same company as Beaumont London. Complete scam.

The boots I ordered were a joke, they look like they’ve been made for a doll. Inferior quality, nothing like the picture. The return policy is we pay the postage, £35 back to, you guessed it China, so I waited nearly a month for a totally unusable product, which I’m now stuck with. Please don’t be stupid like me, I didn’t realise they were based in China, total rip off

I can't believe what I received. It took ages, and the quality is very poor. Doesn't fit for this ridiculous price. Trying to send the stuff back but not sure if l will get back my money. This is crazy

Bought pair of boots …. They look nothing like the picture and the quality is terrible.
I bought these in haste. And realise only now the return will cost >£35 to Asia!!!

I should have read the reviews, but quickly ordered a week ahead of a party, so I didn’t check.
Thankfully, I had a back-up outfit, which actually turned out to be much better than the dress when it finally turned up 11 days later.
When I chased delivery, they replied the website states 8-10 days, but it doesn’t.. and why would anything ‘from London’ take that long?? That’s when I realised when using the tracking number it was coming from China!
So I didn’t hold my breath on what I was likely to receive… on the website, the Yelina dress looks elegant, likely satin… turns up in Polyester and hangs nothing like how the picture shows. Lesson learnt for acting in haste - and this is why I don’t like online shopping! Reading the other reviews, I won’t bother with even trying to return it.

Completely misguiding and nothing like advertised!

Ordered a dress £34.99..after some time received it! Very poor quality, not even a label in it, not lined (even half lined) and didn't fit.
Turns out they are not in London so false name altogether! The items come from China (no surprise really).
They will not pay for returns and it would cost £20.00 recorded to send back.
They do not totally refund either, unless you pay to send the item back to China, which costs too much. If they give a refund its a small amount..joke.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

took ages to arrive, and it was almost comical when my boots arrived, cheap, nasty and didn't even fit, absolute rubbish, DO NOT BUY !!!Nothing like the picture advertised.

no returns slip either, not that I think for one minute you would get your money back, lesson learned!!!

These people are con artists.

However, a good idea is to buy some products from them on your credit card.

When they arrive late (which they will), raise a dispute with your credit card company and they will refund you the money.

If enough people do this, over time, this scam organisation will be taken out of business.

Advertised as leather handbags, they are definitely not!!!! Mine was very badly put together, the lining was not sewn in properly so you could see double sided tape holding it together. It was also a very badly fitting lining.
Very expensive for what it is.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Complete scam. Do not order.
They advertise as a UK boutique - they are not. Took 22 days to come, and you are paying for the shipping ultimately. Quality is bad. They will not let you return - said they would refund 30% and didn’t. Wouldn’t offer a full refund or return. Must actually be illegal. Horror.
