Not a London based company at all, despite email address... So misleading. A complete nightmare with them trying to return a parcel that arrived too late for the wedding I wanted the 3 dresses for. This back-dates to June 4 months ago. They delayed the return, offering me varying percentages off to keep the 3 dresses. Eventually I returned back to the address that clearly states return to on their original packaging after phoning a true London Aurora based company who sell handbags and are not related to them. They were so fed up of calls like mine and confirmed that they knew the returns address to be that on the parcel in Southall. Aurora eventually confirmed receipt of it but said they needed to return to me, for me to then return to China. That was 30th Aug and I have not received it back from them . I have sent 11 emails and still no closer to receiving my refund or the parcel back. So they have all 3 dresses plus 116.88 of my money! Avoid at all cost. Now seeking advice from Trading Standards.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I placed the order!!!! I am having the same trouble as everyone else poor quality, no customer service and no way of sending the bag back without information that they appear to be unwilling to give

Tried to contact company 4 times to return item as very poor quality and bad fit.

What a disappointment, nothing like the photograph. If you want to return you have to return to China and pay for tracking!, which costs more than the item. I do not believe the item was reduced by 50%. What a scam are Aurora London, just buying from Temu and adding their cut as they don’t seem to have any interest in products they are selling. Do not buy from them

Extremely misleading website - claims to be based in London and Manchester but everything is sent from China - cheap plastic bag not luxury leather as described and impossible to get a refund ! Do not purchase anything from this scamming company .

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I wish I had read the reviews first. The boots I ordered look nothing like the ad. I have been given a few options but reading the reviews, nobody has any success with that choice either. Do not buy from this company. Absolute rubbish product.

This is an outlet for TLE LTD, they use lots of outlets to sell their poor copies and trick ppl. Shoes not as advertised. Horrible quality. :( these vile rip off merchants have sent nasty low quality copies of the advertised shoe. I thought I had not looked properly due to poor eye sight so I didn't try to return in time. These con artists refuse to refund bc the 2 weeks has passed. They are criminals.

Items are cheap and badly made. Delivery takes weeks. Refund policy is to send via Asia so costs you £35. Do not buy from this company.

Utter crap product

Do not order from these scammers.
They will send you fake, not as described or pictured cheap tat.
Then when you request a refund, they will only do this by sending it to their depot in Asia which can cost up to £35.
I imagine they do not even have a location in London as they say they do, they are operating from Asia and selling counterfeit goods.
Stay away if you do not want to be conned out of your money.

Nothing like the picture, very poor quality shoes , not correct size and non existent customer service . You can’t return them even though their website says you can and email address doesn’t work . They don’t deserve even 1 star .

Very Bad services and product.

As with most other reviewers, I wish I had checked here before buying from Aurora London. I purchased a pair of shoes. They were nothing like those pictured or described. Just plastic, poor quality, shoddy.
Returns are allowed but only if you return the items to China (not the Southall address on the parcel) or you can get a 15% refund and “give the item to a friend “. Luckily I used PayPal for my purchase and so got a refund through them. The shoes have been returned to their UK address.

Ordered a dress when it arrived I couldn't believe it! It was nothing like what was advertised. So poorly made looked like a thin sack not fit for purpose. I was told to send it back at my expense. I requested a full refund and stated that it was false advertising therefore they should cover the cost. No reply to my several emails. Don't buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off. How are these people allowed to continue trading? So unfair to people who buy in good faith. No conscience no morals. Avoid avoid avoid. I have now shredded said item and binned.

Oh I so wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company, ordered a dress ay £32 eventually arrived not even the same as the picture and of very poor quality, asked to return and they advised this would be at my expense which would have been approx £35 to Asia, or keep the dress and gift to someone and they would refund 15%, just disgraceful, I would be interested to know how you can report this company as looking at the reviews this is happening to countless customers

My mam ordered a dress for us both, which we intended to wear to ladies day as they looked amazing and had been reduced! They took forever to arrive, my mam kept emailing them to check on our order. They arrived about 2 month later (website said 1 week). The quality was horrendous, the material was that cheap stuff you'd expect from temu, and the sizing was way off. She emailed to tell them & they told her it would cost £35 to return & they would only refund one of the dresses! She paid £29 to return them on 19/5/25 & has followed the tracking, it arrived at customs and spent ages there, she kept emailing to tell them it was at customs & wanted to know what was taking so long. Today we got a shock when they were returned to us as they were uncollected!!!! So she's lost over £100. I wish I'd checked the company out before she placed the order. Honestly don't do it!!!

1 star as 0 is not possible. Have never seen such poor quality, misadvertised products. Had to pay £30 to return using company shipping label, to be told they went to wrong address and are being posted back to me and I am expected to pay another £30 to return again. Still no refund. Have lost £130 so far.

Absolutely disgusting! Product ordered was terrible quality and too small. When I asked about returning they would accept the return but informed me it would cost £35 to send back. They offered 15% of original amount back. This is terrible customer service now out of pocket by £30!!! Glad I didn’t purchase more!

Like everyone else, I now wish I had checked the reviews. I was so excited about receiving the leather bag I ordered on 25th August for my Son's wedding. I received an email thanking me for my order, then same day that the bag was ready for shipment. I was not receiving any communications after this and was mortified when I found out it was being shipped from China as it stated the bags were made in Italy and Spain. I emailed them on the 29th August telling them I wanted a refund and again on the 30th August. Out of the blue I get an email on 2nd September saying the bag was on it way. I emailed them asking why of earth did they ship when I had asked on two occasions for a refund prior to the depatch. ABSOLUTE SCAM, I will refuse delivery at the door as no way as I paying the postage to send it back to China and then still not getting a refund by the sound of it. I will contact my credit card company and dispute it.
