DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DOES NOT WORK. They put you in a subscription and when you try to cancel the subscription they refuse to do it. You try to send the subscription link to your email but never get it. Then they send out the next order that you didn't approve and tried to cancel to tell you that you can return if you pay for return shipping. Then they tell you they will refund both orders at 50% with their no hassle return option, only to refund only one of them. When you ask about why the other one didn't get refunded they inform you that they can only do a 20% refund on the product after 60 days. When yesterday, when they were supposed to be doing the refund it was 59 days.
***Edit to add that I was already talking to their customer service email and that’s where the experience I have from them came from. They refused to help at their customer service and that’s why I came here to share that experience so no one else has to deal with it.

Product doesn’t work - waste of time
Product doesn’t work. Did patch test and then followed with full 3 step treatment and not a single hair was removed. It smells like veet despite it claiming online to have a nice fragrance. Cancelled subscription online and emailed to confirm and requested return and refund of unopened products… awaiting a response.

Terrible product, terrible service
Product does not remove anything but light peach fuzz and is patchy doing that. They advertise a 60 day money back guarantee, yet refuse to honor it. They will not refund if you open the product. And only offer 20% or 50% (depending on how many emails you send them) - calling it "goodwill" without returning the product.
The login to your account link DOES NOT work. So cancelling a subscription takes a lot of effort as they are slow to respond to emails (if they do at all).

Huge scam
Huge scam. First of all they automatically signed me up for a subscription which I didn’t want. The product didn’t work. Supposedly they had a refund policy if customer was unsatisfied. I could never get a reply on how to proceed. Everytime I tried to log in and cancel my subscription, it required a link. The link never came no matter how many times i requested it. Nobody answered the phone. Emails would be bounced back. I ended up changing CC’s to try and get them off. Discover still allowed them to bill my new one! I had to call them and block their payment, do a chargeback, and now I have complained to the BBB because I want all my money back. Not just one month. This company is a huge scam. Don’t do business with them!

Awful product and awful customer service
I bought the product to try it out and it’s not great. Basically like Veet and made me stubbly afterwards. I noticed that they automatically set you up with a subscription which I immediately cancelled. A couple of months later I receive an email notification of my order. I emailed their customer services and said I want to cancel - I didn’t place this order and I had cancelled the subscription already. I went to check my account but their website wouldn’t let me manage my subscription (you have to request an email link but every time I did, the email never arrived). No one responded to my email either and then I received an email saying the product was on its way and I was charged to my card. I contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute and then customer services at Aurlux got back to me saying I could return it as long as the packaging was not tampered with. However, despite this being the error of Aurlux, they still made me pay to return it and they wouldn’t refund me for this. Avoid this company!

I recieved the product and have since decided I don't want them. I've emailed 3 times now over the last few days and have not recieved a respond from anyone asking for how to return the damn things!!!
Based on the other comments, I wish I had stayed clear!
Still waiting for someone to email me back with instructions on how I can return the goods.

Don’t buy - severe burns
I applied this cream and got severe burns … the hair also didn’t go away and had to bear the burns for 2 days straight and look for doctor to help. This is ridiculous when thy advertise and keep only glowing reviews. The box arrived also didn’t look like the product advertised. I have asked for a full refund and have had no response from them.

The shipping delays are really long
The shipping delays are really long, I tried to cancel my subscription because the first delivery of the product still hadn’t come through. I couldn’t cancel my subscription via the email link as advised to I emailed, was told my subscription had been cancelled but they then still processed another months product. I emailed again they said to email when the product arrived and they would sort a return and now they want me to pay for it to be returned, even though this was sent by them in error! Also, this product did not work! Hardly any hair is removed and I swear they are coming back thicker and faster!

Unfortunately the product didn't work well for me, but I contacted Lois at Customer Support and she cancelled my subscription and refunded me so fast, it made up for it. I was honestly really impressed. Its refreshing to get this experience when requesting a cancellation or refund.

Product does not work as described and contact with the company is horrible
The product works like any other hair removal cream (like Nair). I have PCOS hair and was very excited to try something that said it was made to help those with PCOS hair growth.
The cream struggled to work on the thick hairs and did not dissolve hair from the room like the product described it would. It instead burnt the hair off a mm or so from the skin. This meant that within 3 days I looked like I hadn’t attempted to remove any hair at all. The hair growth is less obvious when I shave.
I wanted to give the product a go so went to delay my subscription through the website. After multiple attempts to get the link to delay the subscription I received no link.
I emailed to ask for help and at each reply I was not sent the link and instead sent information on how the product works for PCOS hair.
I finally gave up and sent an email asking for my subscription to be cancelled because this process was too difficult and I did not want more money being taken out of my account.
My subscription luckily cancelled before the next installment date but be wary of purchasing this product. It does not work as it is advertised and trying to delay or cancel the subscription is more stress than the product is worth

Made canceling impossible by design
Started canceling attempt 1/20/2026:
Didn’t realize things were on an auto renewal every 30 days until I got an email that another order was being shipped. Went to their website to cancel.
The process is purposely made to not work. You enter your email to set a link to access your subscription and make modifications - but nothing is sent.
I reached out to support. No response after 24 hours. I posted a comment on a Facebook post (noticing they’ve disabled the ability to leave reviews for their page).
Finally “Selene” responds giving me the following options:

Kindly review the options below so we can move forward with your request.
Please let me know which option you’d like to proceed with. 🙂

Option 1: Keep this shipment with 50% refund
I can refund you 50% of your second order right now. Use it in 3-4 weeks when you need your next treatment and see the progressive improvement for yourself.
Option 2: Skip this shipment and pause subscription
If you're not ready yet, I can skip this particular shipment and pause your subscription for 30-60 days. You won't be charged again until you're ready.
Option 3: Cancel subscription but keep this shipment at discount
Cancel future orders but keep this one at 50% off to give Month 2 a fair chance.

I let them know Option 3 and would like confirmation that things are cancelled an my credit card won’t be charged again.
Then more silence and no responses (even after sending follow ups daily).
Terrible customer experience - designed that way on purpose.

Got an email after they saw my review here basically trying to bribe this review away for a full refund.
Fix some things Aurlux:
- Truly make it so folks can cancel their subscription without issue
- when offering a 100% refund, do that straight out the gate (option 3 was lame but the best to go with at the time to get things cancelled).

Would give than 0 if was left to me absolutely a disgrace beware if you buy from them you get a subscription (I was not aware) then when you want to cancel subscription you cannot get them to reply too you or the link to manage subscriptions does not work leaving you very agitated. I have now got another order on its way money taken from my bank I have not even used the first order it smells horrendous not putting that on my skin. I have now involved my bank as there is no other way to get help. Was given a mobile number to contact them from my bank 07716070451 switches straight off does not ring. Over the last week I have sent over 20 different correspondence to cancel and request money back no reply what so ever. Please do not get involved with this company unless you want a subscription but think about going elsewhere.

Unfortunately the response from Aurlux to my review is not correct response that I was sent from this company tried to get Trustpilot to discredit my review and me as an honest person with an honest review Trustpilot has done the checks and concluded that the review will remain thank you Trustpilot. I have received an email 09/02/2026 from Aurlux saying they will give me a full refund including postage but only if I remove my review from Trustpilot, I will not be forced to remove my review my review stands and will not be removed. I will forfeit my refund of postage (both ways) so that other customers can make their own mind up but my review is an honest experience.

Subscriber beware- also does not work and they do not reply.
I ordered this one time, yet was enrolled in a subscription. I emailed to cancel and after multiple back and forths with them trying to save the sale, it was resolved, until the next month- charged again. Every email, unanswered. I paid via PayPal and filed a complaint and was refunded. Anyone want to bet that’s will be charged next month? Oh and the product does not work.

Cream burned my face so badly after only 5 minutes on! Dont buy it!
