Scam scam scam! They don't even rate a one in my book! Sent the wrong item! Called and phone disconnected! The return address is a private residence in the middle of nowhere

They just tried to claim ownership of our business on Google. I am not sure why they would do this but they are obviously not legitimate and I wouldn't buy!

On February 3, 2026, I place and order, #2957. I received and order confirmation on the same day. However, My credit card was charged twice. I repeatedly emailed you about this error. You have yet to respond. Yesterday I received two (2) items from you. One is the one I ordered and received a confirmation for order #2957. However, the other item, I did NOT order and received no confirmation for this order. I do not want the second order for which I was charged. PLEASE rectify with instructions. I hesitate to return the second item, for which YOU charged me. In light of the fact that you have made no response to my numerous emails (18), my returning the item will not ensure you crediting my credit card. This is absolutely the worst customer service.

Total scam, I ordered a Kaya hooded knitted sweatshirt and received a thin polyester thing with an imprint of a hooded knotted sweatshirt.

This so called company should never be aloud to have a website as they are scammers they take peoples money and dont have any intentions of delivering the goods to the people who are ordering they have been scamming people for a long time and they are still at it i see how has someone in authority not stopped this scamming website bye now its an absolute joke how they are getting away scott free with this someone needs to do something to stop those people and bring them to justice cause they are playing with people's heads and good while or maybe if the scammers are reading this they will have a heart and rethink how there actions are affecting people absolute scamming website stay well away from it..

Scumbags scam i have reported them for stealing

This place is a scam. They sent me a knockoff item that's not the same thing at all, wrong size, cheap material. Their phone number doesn't actually go to anything and they don't have a legitimate way to return an item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Do not shop here! The products ordered verse what arrived is terrible . I ordered a pleated skirt and they sent a terrible dress and now they ignore my emails.

I ordered a Petal and Pup brand dress and they sent some sleezy looking $5 night gown thing instead. I can’t even get them to respond to my email sent to their “supposed” customer service

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. They never shipped my item or responded to any of my emails. I tried to call the number listed on their website and it doesn’t exist.

Scam alert! I paid for a dress over $100 and then got sent a little gold chain worth cents. The company won't provide return labels but rather gives you a fake Chinese address to send the product back to.

Scam! Wrong item sent with no tags or packing slip. Now they want me to send the item back and then they will reimburse me. Bullshit company
