I bought Nishane parfum €308. Very Risky Buying From Aurezza.NL
I bought Nishane parfum €308. From the Q code and comparing the package at Skins cosmetics Amsterdam I found out it’s a counterfeit product. I requested for a return within 24 hours that I received the item
Aurezza refused to send return address for 21 days until Riverty AfterPay forced them.
Item duly returned, Aurezza didn’t acknowledge receipt for 10 days. When forced to do this, declined to process the return claims that I used the counterfeit perfume that wasn’t opened. Unknown to him that I recorded the product when received and returned.
The case is escalated to Consument Bond Netherland .
This Webshop is a fraud. You can take the risk if you want to. My dispute with Aurezza is ongoing and he’s unable to provide any evidence that I tampered with the counterfeit product that he sent to me. On his response, he slurred over Nigeria- did he send the order to Nigeria or did I return it from Nigeria?
I have documented evidence to buttress whatever I claim and unedited video evidence when item was received and returned.
Riverty has paused the invoice and Consumenten Bond is waiting until further escalation .
I emailed him over 6 times followed with phone calls demanding return address. He has been asked to send unedited video footage when he received the item I returned that he dubiously claimed was repackaged - he declined.
Aurezza.nl is a dodgy seller. Bring up defamation suit if you trust the product you sold to me. You don’t know the different between business litigation and openbare ministerie zaak. I have your email to me when I requested a return address. Aurezza is a fraud and a liar. Below is the first paragraph of your email to me 3 days after I wrote that I wanted to return your counterfeit Nishane Hacivat Oud:
“Thanks for getting in touch, …..I have got your request logged for order 15854 Nishane Hacivat 50ml
One thing I need to check before I send you the return instructions is: is the bottle sealed….”
By this did you provide the return instruction?
I have all my phone calls and emails to prove that you are a dodgy seller.

We see that you edited the review once again. We understand that you are upset that your scam did not work out. As stated by both the payment processor, your return was unjustified. We rarely get returns as our products meet our customer expectations. We always deliver 100% authentic and official products. We consider your attempts to hurt our reputation as slanderous and we consider it defamation.
We are thinking about legal/criminal justice process steps, as you are not being fair about your review and stating things that are factually untrue.
Your experience does not reflect the actual situation. You emailed us, and requested a return address which is always clearly stated on our website and in our returns policy. It was even sent in the order confirmation! We even have our contact details on our contact us page. AUREZZA takes pride in our customer service and our responce time. We always responded to you both through email and phone call.
Saying that you received a counterfeit product is outright false. Our customers can attest to this as we have never received reports of our products being counterfeit. Once again, looking at your trustpilot account reviews, it is clear that you do this scam often. When things don't go your way you start writing reviews that are not true.
We strongly suggest you correct your false reviews. Riverty will resume the invoice process shortly.

Thanks for your review. From what we can read, your description of the situation is far from the truth. Initially you said you never received a returns address which you clearly did. Then much later you finally after many messages decided to return the item. Upon inspection we discovered that you opened the product, sprayed/used it and then (attempted) to reseal it and send it back to us.
This goes against our return policy and the payment processor agreed with us. Any webshop will tell you the same as we can not resell the product due to hygiene reasons.
Aside, we have all proof needed to show that our products are 100% authentic and real. Your claims are slanderous. We think you are making negative reviews cause your scam is not working. Looking at your account's reviews, it shows that you do this to other companies from Nigeria too.
We are looking forward to the correspondence from the Consumentenbond.
