Really good costumer service and super accommodating!!!

The bikinis were beautiful and well made. I do wish there was an option to chose different sizes for tops and bottoms. The tops run particularly small.

The package came way faster than I anticipated! It was my first time ordering and I was very impressed with the quality of the swimsuits as well.

I wasn’t sure what to expect buying a surprise bag of bathing suits but it was such a great surprise! I love all three so much they are all amazing quality and so cute!!

The value was unbeatable. I loved the mystery tote and all of the designs I received. However, my favorite designs still did not fit my busts even in a 2x. Certain style tops didn’t fit resulting in me only receiving 2/5 wearable bikinis which is disappointing. Even that being said, though, still a very good deal. I would order from this company again

I loved all of the prints I was given in my order, all of the designs were actually really cute! However, I sized up and everything was still a bit small with minimal coverage. So if you are into that then this is perfect for you! I will still be using my order as tanning swimsuits but not for lake days or anytime I have to move around a lot in them! Overall, though, the material was great and sturdy, feels expensive, and super cute prints!

Bikinis are nice the free one is not fabulous the surprise one I am not happy with. I don’t where thong bikinis so I will never use it. I don’t think that is what should be sent.

I originally ordered the 5 bikini mystery bag, 1.5 of the suits actually fit. When I asked if I could return them, I heard nothing back from Aurelle. I decided to just keep everything and wear the ones that fit me. I took the pieces on vacation and the seams started coming apart immediately. Honestly it wasn't worth it to begin with, based on the total price versus the number of pieces that fit but to wear them one time and the seams rips? Ridiculous

I do like the bikinis and their patterns, however the customer service is subpar. If you look at their Instagram, they randomly dropped off the face of the earth a few months ago. No one was getting any updates or communication from the brand. And then the brand was responding to comments very rudely saying things like “ur a scammer” to their own customers when they were rightfully upset. Now they are randomly back but have not apologized or given any communication on what happened and what is going to happen to all of those orders. Very fishy. They also keep giving out $500 gift cards??? To like get in the good graces of customers again?

I ordered back in August for my honeymoon. I just wanted an update. I emailed and reached out to so many people and never got a response to ask for updates on my package.

My order has taken over 4 weeks to be deliverers after i placed my order. There have been no updates other than proposed delivery dates that were pushed back over a week. My package now is “in transit” with no delivery date listed. I will not be ordering again.

Absolutely love these swimsuits! I ordered a mystery one but the only issue was that it was too big it seemed more like a medium but the size tag said small but I can’t complain because I ordered it with the gift cards they do sometimes. I made another order which was a tie swimsuit and it’s perfect I am in loveeee with it it fits amazing and the quality is super nice.

I have ordered from Aurelle before and their bikinis are so cute. I was happy when I opened my package and saw I received a free gift! Vibrant colors and good quality. The downside to the bikinis themselves in my experience is that sizing in not consistent with each style of top and bottom.
I paid for rush shipping and did not receive my order any sooner than if I would have done regular shipping which was disappointing.

I paid for expedited shipping and my order still had not shipped. You have ZERO way of contacting customer service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have been trying to reach customer service in regards to an issue with my order and their email does not work on any of the platforms. I also messaged their Instagram and I keep getting an automated message and no response. I’ve been trying to reach them for two weeks now

Wrong item, gave me different top than I ordered.

Received the bathing suit I ordered in the wrong size. I ordered a large and they sent me a small. When I emailed to get a refund or the right size they didn’t respond.

I place an order with rush shipping on 7/26/2023. I did not receive my order till 8/7/2023. This is days after I had already left for a trip that I ordered the new swim suits for.
