I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER ordered anything from this company, yet 2 charge attempts were made on my debit card. I’ve had to change my debit card twice within 2 weeks. They have since been blocked. I’ve NEVER visited their website and have no idea how they got my card information.

Scam

Ordered two items, assuming it was a legit company. The order never arrived and they ignored all three of my email queries. I wish I’d looked up Trustpilot first. I filed a dispute with my bank over the transaction and thankfully got a refund almost immediately. Avoid like the plague!!

Buyer beware… I placed an online order…

Buyer beware… I placed an online order in October. After three attempts to email for a status, I received no response. Finally, at the end of November I emailed them that I was opening a dispute with my credit card issuer. Today, 12/10/25, the card issuer closed the case in my favor. Guess they didn’t hear from Aura Vibes either.

Don't shop with Aura Vibes

My order with Aura Vibes was a very stressful experience. My recommendation would be to avoid them at all costs. I did eventually receive my order after three weeks - three emails from me( one of which threatened them that I would open a dispute with my card issuer and report this matter to Trading Standards / Action Fraud), which I would have done.

If I could give less than a one I would. Purchased items on 21/10 and 24/10. Website states they dispatch within two days. It is now 4/11 and my items have not been received. Filled in the online form and sent several emails and no response. Absolute con of a website and should

Beware!!!

I placed my order on 08/24/2025 and received a tracking# the same day. The tracking number for USPS shows that a shipping label was created on 08/24 and that on 08/28 it is in transit. However it has not moved past that point. I have emailed several times and the email comes back as undeliverable and the website no longer works. At this point I have to accept that I was scammed!

Do NOT use this company

I ordered 3 crystals from auravibes.co.uk a month ago and have still not received them.
They responded to my second email asking where my £48 worth of crystals were saying they needed to check and get back to me.
However, they are now ignoring my emails.
I am totally gutted this has happened as to lose this sort of money is a huge loss to me - I will not be able to buy these crystals from somewhere else as I do not have £50 spare very often - I feel totally let down and scammed.
Websites like this should be shut down!!!!

item clearly NOT sent at all....

i bought a piece of turquoise 29/6. when i emailed to ask where it was (4/7) i was told (7/7) that the item HAD been dispatced and i should email again in 2 days if it does not arrive. the item still hadn't arrived by 12/7. in my next email i explained how dissappointed i was and that i wanted a full refund, as item still had not arrived. yesterday (14/7) Auravibes replied 'I think it is lost by the Post'?! i will update when/if my refund arrives, but, based on service so far, am not holding my breath.

I ordered a natural quartz crystal…

I ordered a natural quartz crystal macrame bracelet on the 2nd June 2025. The email confirmation was received. I got no email to say it had been shipped. I got it 2 weeks later (today) after I had sent two emails to ask where my order was and received no response. Now that I have received it, I am very happy with it, but I will never order from auravibes again.

Order from Auravibes hasn't arrived as yet but recieved my goods from Tiawan already and ordered it the day before I ordered from auravibes !!!!!
How the fcuk does that make sense when they're supposed be be shipped from the UK?
Give me a refund NOW

Do not order from this company

I ordered a product from this company but didn’t receive a confirmation email. The money has been taken out of my account. I emailed to ask what was happening & was told that Royal Mail couldn’t locate the product & he would send a replacement the following day! Haven’t received anything or any replies to my further emails. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Terrible

Terrible, avoid this online retailer. I ordered two items, nothing arrived so I emailed them and was informed they were going away to India and all orders were being dispatched by a third party agency. One item arrived and I tried contacting the seller to find out what happened to the rest of my order, no response to emails no effort to replace or refund the item I never received. Terrible customer service. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

****AVOID****

Update - after sending several emails with no response at all I have today (16/01/25) received my missing item! Customer service is still shocking but at least I have the item.
I still would not order again from this company.

Ordered items and received but was missing 1 item (at a cost of nearly £15). Have sent 3 emails but no response. Customer service non existent, wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering! Will report as a fraudulent company!
