I wished u had read these reviews first before departing with my cash! I guess they won't be dispatching my order any time soon. Taken the payment, received a confirmation when I asked for an update .. radio silence. Scam website, crap customer service and a waste of time.

Only 1 star because 0 not an option. Absolute scam. I bought 3 perfumes from them on 1/31st and have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails, and have not gotten a refund. They have no customer service as they either don't reply or send extremely insufficient answers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Only giving a 1 star because it can't be 0. I placed an order on 1/15/26, and it is now March 7th, and I have yet to receive my product or refund. I have sent email after email asking for a refund with NO ANSWER. It took them 2 weeks to even give me their "tracking number". I'm disputing the charge with my bank now. Save your time and money. Not worth the headache.

I bought the Rosemary shampoo and was expecting a bigger bottle than what I received. On website says 220gm but only received 100ml and was charged USD41.86. Have requested for refund but seeing other people's review about customer service - I am doubtful. Why do this companies still exist despite all these bad reviews. SCAM Alert.

I was charged double the price that they sell there shampoo for on Amazon and I have been reaching out to this company for 5 days now no response! Scammers don’t buy from this website Aureph.com

I ordered two different ones but they decided to give me two of the same one. No reaction much from spouse, can't really smell the perfume unless extremely close to the skin.....WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order and still haven't received it, they took my money and all I get is we spoke to the shipper to rush it, still nothing. I wish I had read the reviews first; I never would have spent my money. The ones saying it smells good, but doesn't work like it should are probably people who work there, they are doing that to get people to buy.

It smells so cheap and it's not very gentle on skin. Revolting smell. It doesn’t work don't waste your money.

I placed an order directly on through their site and I have been waiting a month now. I have emailed them more than 4 times to address the issue and instead the same response. "Let us check on the package. Oh its in route here is the tracking number" which is still the same tracking number that I had to start with that stated they did not pay proper postage and will not deliver. I have asked for my money back and the response is the same as if its automated and they can't speak any other phrases. This has been a nightmare and to this day I have yet to receive a refund.

20 days ago you took my money, and still no delivery!
This is scam and fraud. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed an order on 29th November 2024. However, even after a week I didn't receive any update. I followed up with them and received an auto generated email stating 7 to 18 business days. I was assured that I will receive the tracking order and was stupid to wait for it. I followed up with them a few more times with no response.
Don't fall for the 90 day delivery because that's exactly the amount of time the bank can intervene in. Beyond that, they can't help you either.
Customer service ignores emails and there is no phone number in the contact section.

My order was sent to the wrong address, I reached out to them five times in attempt to correct the issue. They said the same exact thing each time like they copied and pasted it from each message, directing me to reach out to my post office to locate the package. When I reached out to the post office, they told me to file a dispute for the charge because they have no idea where the package is. I filed a dispute and can’t even get my money back because aura pheromones Told my bank that the product was delivered to the correct address even though they couldn’t even tell me where my order was. Bottom line, I didn’t receive my order and I can’t get my money back. Don’t waste your money on this product, At least with Amazon if they don’t get your product to you, you can get a refund.

These do not work.
Or rather, not as what they’re meant for.
The good news is- the perfumes smell pretty good and the smell lasts for a couple hours, but the pheromone thing isn’t real.
I’m sure all of the partners in advertisements just liked the smell of the perfumes.

Overall I feel like you should just get a perfume you like the smell of. If these make you feel confident then great but I in no way think that this actually does anything biologically.

They shipped my item to the wrong address and would not provide any further assistance when this was brought to them. I reached out to my bank to request a chargeback since this was never received by me. Horrible. Will NEVER purchase anything else from them.

Don't get it. I ordered it Feb 16th 2025 and I still haven't gotten it since then. It took way too long for it to come and made me think that they just took my money. Not worth it.

Placed my order on 2/12/24 and still no delivery by 27/2/25. Very limited updates. All a hoax as far as I'm concerned.
