When finally arrived was wrong colours would not refund. Do not buy from this company

Items received wrong colour and wrong size requested a return and no answer.
Took money off a 15 year old girl and no response utterly disgusting.
Ordered a pink tracksuit received brown jogging bottoms and red top.

Iv tries to email theses a few times over my order not got anywhere with them not happy with the service

I placed an order with Auralys on the 23rd Jan 2025 for a Cozy Hoodie and Matching Sweats. I received my incorrect order on the 18th Feb 2025, which unfortunately did not have matching sweats and also was in the incorrect size. I emailed using the email from their contact page, advising my issue. Since then they have asked me twice to leave a review on their judge me platform. I provide feedback and photo attachments. I have also sent a follow up email on the 1st March 2025. They still have not replied to any of my emails and you would think someone leaving two 1* reviews would prompt a response but not with Auralys.

sent me the wrong clothes, didn’t give us a return slip, ignoring multiple emails about returning, do not buy from this company

Ordered the pale pink track suit, it came and it was bright pink and very low quality, definitely not how it’s pictured on the website at all
There’s no way to get a refund as they said it’s in the offer and no communication when emailing
Very disappointed 😡

Absolutely shocking!! Daughter ordered a pale pink tracksuit. Turned up over 2 weeks later bright pink a completely different material to picture and just awful quality. Emailed to request a refund and was told it was on offer so no refund will be given. 1400 amazing reviews on their site but there is no way to leave a review!!! Don’t bother wasting your money. Will be asking for a bank chargeback.
