I love the Aura app. I use it daily. It provides a wide range of options for guided meditations, prayers, coaching, music and sound healing, etc. The app is occasionally glitchy but nothing that gets in the way of easy use.

My trial subscription continued in spite of my cancelling and one year later I was charged with fees. After I filed a complaint, the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction, and I received a refund. Unfortunately, I still don't know what the problem was, because the subscription didn't appear in my list. So, just to be safe, check the app to make sure it's been canceled.

This is outright fraud. Avoid. I tried the free trial and cancelled it as I didn't feel it was worth it.
Unfortunately the company has now charged me, twice. They have no customer service and do not reply to emails. Avoid. They are criminals.

Try to cancel and they renew you for another year. $199 meanwhile on their app it say it’s $72.

SCAM ! Thankfully my bank knew before i did and rejected the payment . As i was signing up for the FREE TRIAL having answered numerous questions to enable a personalised plan to be made ( or so they said) , all looked good and so i proceeded to authorise the free trial using Apple pay , on the basis that i would have a 7 day free trial period. However immediately on double clicking apple pay on my phone , i immediately received a message on my phone from my bank saying that a PAYMENT REQUEST of £9.99 had been rejected . No FREE TRIAL= SCAM . Beware !

I first started with Calm app, then I found Aura, and dropped Calm. The price is very reasonable. I like seeing the number of days in my streak, it's a positive note at the end of my day. The large variety of: track types, narrators, length of tracks, add background ambient music, ability to have a list of my favorite coaches.
A couple of suggestions that I would love to have: ability to easily put a series into my playlist, so I can break up the series with just ambient sounds.
Add more tracks that are not just for sleep, like Sword and Sorcery and Lights Out Library. These types combine learning and relaxing at the same time. They help quiet my overwhelmingly busy brain quicker than I would have imagined.
I don't easily subscribe to apps, I have not skipped a single renewal, I really am glad I stumbled across Aura.

Awesome application. So much to choose from depending on your frame of mind. Medication, sleeping, anxiety it has all of it.

Complete scam. I signed up for a 7 day trial and the company said they would advise me when that free trial ended. They did not. They took £97 from my account that I’m now having to get my bank to reverse. Do not trust this app. It wasn’t impressive anyway!

My experience was with customer support which was excellent. I was under the impression I had cancelled after my trial but I hadn't. And was charged $120 contactedCS and they immediately issued a refund. No arguing tgey just fux it. That's what you call customer dupport

I love Aura
There is something for everyone. I mostly use the sleep hypnosis or stories as I tend to wake up every couple of hours. With Aura I never have an issue falling right back into sleep. I love the yogic meditations and chakra balancing and use one of them while I play my crystal bowls. It is so soothing. Aura has most definitely improved my quality of life.

Aura always, always has something available that I need.
Their list of sleep stories , inspirational stories , coaching sessions , meditation sessions is really unbelievably huge. There are new entries constantly. Their coaches , teachers are from all over the world.
I really find it fascinating how this all gets put together to be at my fingertips on my phone! Cheri

I find Aura is basically a one stop shop site. I don't need to search the internet for separate subject meditations. You have it all. I can pick any subject I want and listen whenever.
The cost is very low...

Great meditation app and wide variety of tools and guidance with many people with experience. I have been using Aura for like 3 years now and I have never had an issue. The app is well designed, there are courses for every issue you may encounter, helpful guided meditation and great supportive communities. I one time accidentally renewed the wrong subscription and support were helpful to refund and correct the issue.

I’ve been using Aura for over two years now, and it is easily my favorite way to start and end the day. The library is massive and truly caters to every mood—whether you need grounding, sleep support, or self-care, can’t go wrong with any of the tracks. I especially enjoy the quick life coaching sessions; they provide such great perspective in a short amount of time. This app has genuinely helped me lower my anxiety and stay grounded. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more peace in their daily routine!

I tried it for a day or two and seemed like you could get the same quality online for free. I just wasn't impressed. I put the time frame for me to cancel on my calendar. They charged me before the time frame for the entire year and is refusing to refund me. I seriously had it less than a week.

I have been using Aura for several years to help manage my stress levels. There are new teachers as well as content being added every day. And, the live sessions have been beneficial in learning new coping techniques for dealing with life’s challenges. It has had a positive impact on my physical and mental well being. The customer service is fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue with the app I have received a response within 24 hours.

This is a very good App with outstanding customer service. Something that is missing from so many online offerings these days.

Another here who's been scammed into paying $130 for a subscription I didn't want.

If you're checking reviews before signing up for a trial then take this as a warning... DON'T DO IT. CHECK ALL OTHER REVIEWS FIRST. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS.

I got charged for a subscription after I had previously cancelled, and the Aura customer care team graciously not only helped me cancel for good, but refunded the charge. They probably didn’t need to do that but they did… the agent’s name was Rose. Thank you!

The range of knowledge and support from Aura coaches, psychologists and yogic/spiritual guides is incredible. Aura offers a huge wealth of resource and makes any daily practice as natural as a morning cup of tea. I wouldn’t be without this brilliant community.
