Original order was lost by Royal Mail .
Contacted customer service who sent a new order via DPD next day, very happy with items purchased 5 Star.

Ordered two outside lights and from website all looked good. Turns out that was the best part, lights inferior quality compared to ones now purchased from competitor. Cheap plastic, poor design and also turns out poor product specification description on website. Called and advised wanted to return them advised would send an email and to follow instructions. This involves printing off a label yourself, then paying for the postage £9.65 all for the pleasure of then getting no acknowledgement that refund on the way. I had to send an email to see what happening then get a refund of 0.62p one day and then the balance the next. Will never use again as an online seller expecting customers to pay for any returns really not a great experience.

To order the item directly from Supplier Online was easy and straightforward process to follow. Immediate confirmation of order and invoice received. Item arrived next day and was packaged well. On opening item there was a bracket and one wall plug missing. Contacted company Customer Service, they could not be more apologetic. They asked for photos of item to be sent, which was done. The next working day, email received apologising again, saying please dispose of delivered item and a Refund or Replacement would be dispatched. Asked for replacement as needed to put light up urgently. Item arrived complete this time the next day. Thank you for great customer service. It is a good quality product for the price, simple to fit to wall and appears to work very well. How long it lasts for being outside on the house wall, given the UK weather being thrown at it 24/7, I don’t know, but it seems to be on sturdy construction. Very pleased overall.

Extremely pleased with the lights. They give out a lovely warm glow. I have put one in my bathroom and one in the kitchen and I now don’t have to switch on the lights in the evening. Recommended by a friend, so glad I got them. Delivery was so quick too.

I have previously bought two multi coloured up and down lights for my front garden absolutely awesome, so decided to buy two, spike fitting coloured ones for me back garden ,again absolutely stunning effects, quality and extremely well done again by this amazing supplier

Extremely good service very efficient. I have purchased these lights previously and find them very good. Safe at night as they are motion sensor wireless table lights. I use them in my hall and ensuite bathroom. Also cheap to run as battery operated. Excellent delivery from order date fast.

We have ordered in the past without issue. We ordered again last week and the lights came really quickly and are reasonably priced with exceptional quality. Unfortunately one of the lights was cracked (prob by the postman) and they replaced the damaged part very quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with and the communication was excellent and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

This time Macaulay was to the rescue, I had to explain that I needed less information and I had to guide it myself to understand the info, he was understanding and related to my circumstances, he was super kind, lovely human with the patience of a saint. I have 6 colour changing bulbs GU10, and 4 up lighters with same bulbs, a truly brilliant way to light up areas without the fuss off plugs/batteries. Great quality too.
