The perfect diamond engagement rings! I requested an online consultation with Aura Diamonds as they are based in Bristol. Fran was amazingly helpful and took me through all of the options, we settled on a round solitaire with hidden halo for my engagement. The prices were much better compared to shops here in London and you really get the feeling that AD care about each customer. The ring was then custom made and shipped out to me, delivered in under a month. The mrs loved it so we are both so happy!

Can’t recommend enough

I went to see Fran back in December with my partner to look at engagement rings. Fran was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and had a lovely range of rings to choose from. I ended up falling in love with one ring in particular, and Fran was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel really special.

After our visit, Fran was also incredibly helpful in arranging the specific ring I wanted with my partner, making sure everything was just right. She made the whole process so easy and was lovely throughout.
I would recommend 100%.

I contacted Aura Diamonds to see what engagement rings they had in stock in Bristol. We then discussed creating a custom ring for my proposal. Fran was very helpful and responsive throughout, she helped me design the perfect ring for my budget. She then had it made and shipped to me within a few weeks. Luckily the proposal went to plan and she loves it! Can't thank Fran enough, no other service like this in Bristol & Southwest UK. Very highly recommended!
