Really happy with Captain Puffin™ sweatshirts we…

Really happy with the sweatshirts we ordered from AukCliff. I chose the White Merino Farmer Sweatshirt and my husband went for the Carbon Grey Wildlife Photographer Sweatshirt. Both are really comfortable, warm without feeling heavy, and great for walks outdoors. Lovely quality and nice to support a brand that also gives back through reforestation!

I ordered a puffin t-shirt and a sweatshirt both arrived in time and I love them.

The quality of the material is really good, the designs are excellent.

Jumper & t-shirts 10/10

I got a sweatshirt/jumper for myself and a t-shirt for my husband. It was so hard to choose the designs as all of the captain puffin artwork is beautiful! We are both very impressed. The fabric is quality; the jumper is lovely and warm, almost fluffy on the inside. My husband has worn his t-shirt straight out of the wash every time! The size guide on the website was really helpful when ordering. We both used it and the fit is perfect. Will be ordering more of the collection for sure!

Honest review. Gifted.

Honest post after being gifted some items.

I absolutely loved the items I ordered.

Loved the colour of the t-shirt and the quality was amazing and also the perfect fit.
The hoodie, again, was great quality and loved the softness of the inside of the material.
Love the colour and the fit too.
Really pleased with delivery as well considering I am in the UK.

Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

thier company support is awesome - i would have loved a particular colour tshirt, I fed that back and voila, they have set one up. So i've ordered it. Bravo.

BUYER BEWARE

I recently purchased two tee shirts from this company. On arrival the tee shirts were too large but aside from that, I just didn't like the colours. They were very different to how they appeared in the photos online. I decided I wanted to return both items but as there was zero information about returns included in the package other than an address I had to email the company. In my first email I kept it brief (as I honestly never expected to have any difficulty with the return) I mentioned how the tee shirts were too big and that I would like a refund. When I got no response (apparently they did respond but the message went into my spam) I looked for another means to contact them and found that I could also contact them through Messenger which I did. I engaged in an online chat with one of their marketing team. This time I went into more detail and I explained that aside from being too big I just didn't like the colour. I honestly could not believe what followed. My opinion of not liking the colour was disputed and argued. I was told "colour is subjective". I honestly couldn't believe that I had to defend my reasons and rights for a refund. I remained patient and calm as I feared I wouldn't receive a refund if I tried to argue back. I expressed that I would still like a refund. I was then told to package up the items and return them. Upon receipt of the items they told me they would be in touch regarding processing my refund. I packaged the items, I had to pay for the postage and tracking myself. After an extended period having not heard from the company, I checked the tracking only to find they had received the returned items a week previous and no one had contacted me. I emailed them and explained that I could see from the tracking my items had been received. I was told "yes, we received them today". This was nothing short of a lie. I was then asked what size I would like in exchange. I explained again that I was looking for a refund not an exchange as I didnt like the colours. Again what followed was beyond shocking. The agent proceeded to screenshot the previous email thread and send it to me, telling me I had never mentioned I was unhappy with the colours and therfore suggesting I would not be refunded. I explained to her that I had indeed expressed my disappointment with the colours to another agent on Messenger. I then had to go and screenshot all these messages and send them to this agent and yet again defend my right to a refund. I could not believe the shocking customer service whereby one is quizzed and asked to provide proof as to why they should be refunded. Absolutely shocking and beyond unprofessional. Never before have I encountered such appalling customer service. To have to go to the lengths I did just to be refunded, not only giving reasons as to why I wanted a refund but then having to provide PROOF from my previous correspondence with them that I had voiced these reasons....honestly it beggers belief!
Unless they radically change how they treat their customers their 4 star Trustpilot Rating certainly won't last!

I love the t shirts

I love the t shirts! They are soft, and fit really well.
The designs are funky and the colors are great. I have ordered 2 and will be getting more.
When I sent an email regarding size they got straight back to me, really easy
I recommend this brand to all.

Excellent customer service and a super product
I followed the size guide but the T shirt I ordered came up too small. In my haste to buy it for my husband , I did not read the (no returns) policy so asked how to exchange for the next size. The company was very understanding and replaced the T-shirt for me. The quality is excellent and I have already recommended the company to friends. Thank you!
