Can't tell if this site is a scam

Can't tell if this site is a scam. I am selling a car on auto trader and one of those scammer type DMs asked for a report from this site. I scrolled through and opted to try the medium tiered package- just to see what info it gave out. The info was incomplete and inaccurate. Had my car title transferred to me twice. Stopped tracking SMOG test results 3 years prior- so definitely NOT current. And a lot of the detailed info was not detailed at all. I didn't release the report to the "buyer" and am not sure if the site is even legit but just a heads up- its not more accurate that Carfax or Experian.
