User friendly easy to follow instructions.

I have adjusted my review to a 4 from the previous 2 rating. I appreciated Audit Soft reaching out to me to let me know that improving Audit Soft Functionality to include Corrective Action Report audits is in active discussion with AASP. I now understand that AASP directs what aspects are included in the Audit Soft audit tool used by them. The Audit Soft software itself is very easy to use and definitely helps facilitate a thorough evidence based audit. I like the guidance that is incorporated into each question that helps make it easy to understand what evidence is needed to complete each question.

Thanks for transferring the licence to my colleague who is now working thru a qualification audit.

Bought the licence prior being approved by AASP to do a Corrective Action Report (CAR) rather than the typical maintenance audit.

CAR is allowed by AASP (upon approval) when the certifying CoR audit has a score of at least 90%.... It is a document/observation audit.

Very surprised that AuditSoft is not integrated with CAR. Won't use AuditSoft for 2023 maintenance audit (2024 is an external certification audit) so bought the licence for nothing!!

Can CAR audits be integrated with AuditSoft? The tool works very well and such integration simplifies the CAR process.

Would prefer if the comments in the "Gathering Evidence" section would be separate for each site. Same feedback for the interview responses. Comments would be better to be isolated within the site evidence/interviewee.

Timely assistance, and helpful suggestions.

Basically the program was fine. The only main issue I had was that several times when I went to sign into the program I would receive a message that I had no account. In order to get access I had to reset my password several times. No sure if this was a auditsoft issue or my computer issue!

Easy to use tool. Accurate. No hitches.
On-line back-up works great.

The categories are sorted and checked off once you have completed them so you know if you missed any.
Easy to add attachments to the Audit.
I was able to achieve an 89% Audit score. It helped me achieve this score.

This audit software is easy to acquire and very intuitive. I have used other audit packages in past and this is by far the best package

This is the best audit software I have ever used. The online training course is helpful for people new to Auditsoft.

The software is a great tool but....
We as a company are trying to complete our audit and jot notes for each interview for each site. We did not like that the notes stay on when you do audit interviews for a separate person or site. We can identify which comment is for each person or site.

I love Autosoft, very user friendly and the examples are an excellent tool when determining reviews. Thank you

This is my first time using Auditsoft, but my initial experience is that the tool is intuitive and is well built. Auditsoft works well and is supported with knowledge sharing documents/tools from whichever safety association is using the tool.

I was hoping there would have been a bit more talk/information regarding the COR process, and it was still unclear weather or not I fill out the audit or a selected auditor does it for me/us. Between IHSA and AuditSoft, the amount of information and delivery leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

The AudioSoft software is so easy to use and the efficiency that it brings to the auditing process is great. I have been able to provide faster service and completion to my clients. I recommend AudioSoft to Auditors and the Associations that haven't yet signed on.

Auditsoft is great for when uploading a large amount of documentation. Definitely worth it!
