Popped in to buy a Rega phono stage which they had in stock, the product has been great. Shop gets marked down as the reaction to customer just walking off the street was strange. Not very friendly and fairly indifferent. Felt like I was disturbing them, rather than valued as a customer.

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff…
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff at the Swansea store when I went in for a new turntable cartridge. Ended up staying longer just to hang out on the sofa and listen to records on their own system set-up.

Fantastic service and excellent advice
I purchased an Audio Note CD player from Audio T and the sales team were fantastic. They setup an excellent demo with a range of options so I could make I’m informed decision. I’m really pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

Very good experience
After listening to my chosen kit in their demo room I came away with a brand new Arcam CD player and Rega deck. The guys even fixed my damaged speaker cable, nothing was too much trouble.

Updating my LP12
Nic and the team at Swansea made my experience of updating my LP 12 very smooth. I’m delighted with the changes made and am grateful to Nic for completing the rebuild. The other folk I met - Andy and Adrian were also notable for their help, guidance and support. Highly recommended.
