I had a dash cam fitted by AudioFile Incar a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The team were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. The dash cam itself is excellent – it does everything I need it to do, and it’s so discreet that I hardly notice it while driving.

The quality of both the camera and the installation is truly five-star. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly take pride in their work.

I would highly recommend AudioFile Incar to anyone looking for a high-quality dash cam installation and outstanding customer service.

Poor customer service and rude only want to know if have big money!

Initial enquiries were dealt with promptly and all my questions about the installation patiently answered. Price was very competitive and on the day, received great service. The technician spent extra time cleaning up the jungle of cables I had for other cameras etc. Took time to show me how to connect my phone and fully explained how to operate. Great service. Second time I’ve used Audiofile.

Gary and the team at Audiofile-Incar exceeded my expectations in every way with the recent install of a sound system in my Landrover Defender. A fantastic personalised service combined with a 'no questions asked' approach to achieving excellence, gave me an amazing result... and all within the agreed budget :>) I can 100% recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed in anyway with the result. I have just had the audio upgraded in my BMW 4 series. The quality of workmanship and service from Audiofile in Bishops Stortford is just fantastic. The complex fitment is as if it had been done in the factory and results are amazing – sound with such clarity that is far superior to the original set up the car had. This my second car that I have had upgraded by Audiofile so I am a confirmed repeat customer and will be back again with subsequent cars!

The ICE system failed in my Ferrari California T. This was no great loss as the OE kit is absolutely awful, but the unit caused fuses to blow that also powered and enabled the steering wheel controls. So - no indicators, washers or main beam which are all MOT failures of course. The new unit supplied and fitted by my friendly main dealer would have cost £7,000 (for a much-derided piece of kit) but it had been obsoleted anyway and can't be had for any price. Gary was able to offer an Apple CarPlay replacement unit at a fraction of that cost, giving me back the missing wheel functions and a much better ICE system into the bargain. Gary offered a loan car at no extra cost and I left the vehicle with him for three days. The new unit works perfectly and they engineered a perfect installation in the old 2-DIN gap left by the old unit. It even shows the Ferrari logo on start-up, so most people would not know it was an aftermarket item. In summary - excellent service and value delivered by a professional company.

Audiofile have recently completed works to our campervan, fitting stereo, reverse camera and dashcam upgrades. The process was easy from start to finish.
Audiofile made cost efficient improvements that met my requirements, when the works were finished staff took the time to go through what had been done and linked my phone to the stereo system as well as the dashcam. The work was booked in and completed on time.
Very pleased with the results, well done all at Audiofile.

Had the latest tech installed by Gary and his team - what they don't know about in-car technologies isn't worth knowing! Very pleased with the install and handover. Also nice to have things done locally. Thanks!

After having my first upgrade done with you and David. I had the opportunity to listen to one of your demo car systems with a DSP upgrade. This experience just blew my mind as I was pleasantly bamboozled by how the sound stage can be improved in the front end and still give depth, precision and clarity. I knew in my mind I would consult you and your team later in the year to get the job done to take it to the next level having had such a great all round great experience with the first upgrade and to which I am always thankful and grateful for.

The next level upgrade was completed in no time, these guys do not mess around and do such a professional, tidy and comprehensive job. Nothing is ever too much for Gary as he takes time to make sure you are happy and the system is tuned to your taste and satisfaction and my goodness the final result on the work carried out deserves an award on its own merit. Simply outstanding and flawless results and the most amazing pre Christmas present for this time of the year. I am truly amazed, impressed and supper happy with the new sound in my car.

The whole experience is super easy and a real pleasure to know that I have peace of mind leaving the technical stuff to Gary and his team with their level of expertise, experience and precision which is why I would not hesitate to recommend Audio file in car to anyone who likes great sounding music in their car.

I have had many stereo upgrades in various cars over the years, but these guys are a class above. Great comms and more importantly the apple car play and stereo upgrade carried out on my Maserati have transformed the car. The audio sound upgrade is simply stunning. These guys really know their stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a great experience all round. Even though they are 3 hours from me I would not use anyone else in the future, Big thanks to Dave and Gary. How it should be done.

Just wanted to say thank you for the stunning service upgrading my Defender stereo to Apple car play/double din! When I left it with on Monday morning, I casually dropped in that of you had the time, I’d like led headlights indicators and rear lights, you took it in your stride and away I went. Was expecting it to be with you a week so shocked when I got the call on Tuesday lunchtime to say it was ready for collection!!! What fantastic service and what an installation, simply brilliant and what a difference in driving my Defender, stereo amazing and I can now see where I’m going at night !!!
Thanks once again and safe to say I will be entrusting you with any future work and can’t recommend you highly enough!

I had a double Din conversion, rear camera and Immobiliser fitted to my pride and joy (2016 Defender 110 XS), We also had a courtesy car supplied while the installation was being carried out, What a great job..!! Gary and the team did, I could not be happier and all in one day, Gary and the team could not have been more professional and helpful from the start of the job to the finish, I feel that Gary went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied,
On the strength of what I have seen I have now booked to have sound proofing and Dash cam fitted, I would definitely not entrust this work to any other company,

I had arranged with Gary to have my Defender 90 soundproofed last summer. However, due to various electrical issues with the vehicle, I ended up replacing it with a later model. Gary persuaded me that, even with the better level of spec in the new vehicle (including carpets), soundproofing would still make a significant difference.
He was right!
I’ve now made several long journeys and the soundproofing has transformed the driving experience! Thanks again - Greg

I drove my cherished Defender from Dorset to Bishop's Stortford for Gary and the team to upgrade my central control panel and fit a CarPlay enabled Pioneer unit. On arrival the greeting was friendly and professional, great team. They were conscious of my long drive home and dedicated two engineers to the task, completing in good time. I am delighted with the job and the unit, their eye for detail and finish is unbeatable. The next time I want a car audio upgrade I will suffer the long drive again! I can't say better than that.

Entrusted my very special Lamborghini to Gary, David and the Team. The car was in for a complete audio upgrade, including Head Unit, Speakers and Sub, as well as a new Dashcam. These guys really know what they are doing. The install was incredibly detailed and very diligently executed, including various custom modifications to ensure a really high quality fit and finish. The kit itself is amazing and the transformation is astonishing. Extremely satisfied with their work and the finished result. I would not hesitate in recommending Audio File In-Car to anyone that wants a very high quality install and fitted to a very high professional standard.

I have known about Audiofile for many years, having lived in very close proximity to their workshop and had always heard great things. I recently purchased a new car and wanted to enhance what is an already adequate sound system, so I took the plunge and paid them a visit. They said to me that they could update the system, sound proof the doors, without invalidating my car warranty (very important) and they keenly gave me that in writing. With my car manufacture happy I agreed and they booked me in. They are super busy at the time of writing, they booked me in and actually had another slot sooner, but sadly I couldn't get the time off to drop the car in. I then had to change the booking due to a last-minute holiday booking, they kindly adjusted the booking again - so far, so great. So came the day of install, they arranged a courtesy car for me and I left mine with them for the day. I arrived back at the time they stated to find my car sat waiting and the owner, Gary, took me to my car to show what they had done... wow! The boot of my car is not ideal for a sub and amp, so I had selected something combined and slim - they had created a new panel and affixed the sub/amp to it, matching the material of my boot too! It looks so nice. In the front they'd installed a bass dial very subtly and it looks like it is part of the dash. They also added enhanced tweeters and these too have been installed in such a way that they blend in with the theme of the car - it is really impressive work. Finally I tried the sound out and was not disappointed. I didn't want anything too crazy, but it has enhanced the range, they put new speakers in my side doors and added insulation... you can hardly hear a thing outside of the car and the doors are decidedly more solid post-install. It is a superb job by a superb outfit. I really couldn't fault anything even if I wanted to - thank you to the Audiofile team, a job brilliantly done.

Amazing audio transformation on my Mercedes E-Class - what a difference from the OEM system! Professional service, highly recommend these guys.
