Great service, good selection of products too

I’ve bought three items of portable HiFi from Audioconcierge over the year - the Cayin N8 DAP, the BX2-Plus portable headphone amp and the Lotoo S1 DAC dongle. All fantastic products, some of which are hard to get elsewhere. The customer service from Audioconcierge has also been fantastic. I would highly recommend!

I'm not the type of customers that a dealer wants to get - lots of questions, and very indecisive. Phil, unlike other dealers, is extremely patient and has incredible in-depth product knowledge. Responses are extremely quick and helpful as well (he sometimes even replies after 11pm!) He's also extremely honest, reliable and trustworthy. You can feel his passion as well. He's the perfect guy to look for. As a first time customer, I'm very satisfied with my experience!

Audio Concierge was great. Distribution issues due to COVID and high demand, meant Shanling struggled to get deliveries into Europe. Phil was great with updates and feedback, keeping me informed and then sent the player out next day delivery when it arrived in UK.

Oh and the M6pro is pretty amazing. Would recommend for anyone who doesn't want A&K SR25 in the sub £1000 DAP market.
