I purchased the outlander series, then realized it was in tracks vs bookmarks.
Called the customer service to inquire about refund policy of the 7 books I had not opened. spoke with Bryan. He told me how to look at bookmarks and see that the preset numbers were the chapters.
Then he told me he would request from the publisher a format of chapters be sent. So if available he would contact me so I could replace my current books and formats.
So instead of wanting a refund am thrilled with being able to see the presets I have or possibly descriptive chapters. Either way he made my day.

I love that their pricing is transparent and that they have an optional club pricing plan for avid audiobook listeners like myself. They have a great selection and customer service has always treated me well. I love that I can call them and someone answers the phone. Thank you for the great service AudiobooksNow!

I do not post reviews that often, but when a company goes above and beyond, I think they should get some recognition. I was almost finished with and aidiobook I was listening to and it just stopped. It ended up being and internet connection issue, so the problem was on my end. Bryan called me at 9:30 on Christmas Eve and troubleshooted the issue and I was able to finish my audiobook that night. I was grateful for his patience and expertise figuring out the problem, on Christmas Eve to boot. He recommended I download my audiobooks so that it does not rely on my internet connection and walked me through how to delete the files once I was finished listening to free up space on my phone.

Customer service is terrible, or it might just be Bryan. I read another review that had the same issues with him. Thanks TJ for your review, it wasn't just me. He did not look for solutions, only excuses. Bryan will only blame you or your device because he obviously cannot fix your issue himself. He told me for days that Tech would have to handle my issue and I never heard from Tech. I finally told Bryan to forget it. The business model has potential but they need to be able to back it up with proper customer service.

I love that their books are DRM free so I can use the audio to put on my grandkids tablets and Yoto cards. BUT be warned if you buy chapter books or bundled books (for example Magic Tree House Books 1-8). The files are randomly chopped up and ARE NOT by book. I've had to use an audio editor to tediously fix it somewhat so that the last 3 minutes of book 1 isn't tacked on to the file for book 2. VERY FRUSTRATING! Also, my downloads are never available to download days to a week after purchase. I have to call and/or email to get them to "release" them.

Been using AudiobooksNow for years. Their selection and prices are great and you can’t beat their customer service. I especially love their specials section that has tons of audiobooks on sale for as little as $3.99.

Bryan went above and beyond today to help me get my new audiobook downloaded. He was patient and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I am so grateful. Plus my audiobook was less expensive than brand X. I’m a fan. Thank you Bryan and AudiobooksNow.

I have used Audiobooks now for more than a few years. I buy the books I want, download them and un-zip them. Never any problem. A couple of times the books were lost on a bad drive but I have always been able to go to my library page and download them again. its the only digital book vendor I use.

Brian has personally responded and generously given me options for purchasing books at a very reasonable price compared with audible. When there are problems he swiftly gives me the exact details on how to remedy the issues and is patient with a senior person. The price of the books is excellent and the service is way above average.

NEVER use a app that is proprietary.. they have nothing for Linux ..you cannot just download a mp3..like you should be ABLE too! AVOID technologies that enslave you with its content .That is why NO Linux app! Free software for a FREEDOM loving people .. Free your mind with Open Source software. I call ANYTHING that costs $4.99 extra a month PROPRIETARY ..& STILL NO APP FOR LINUX!! LOOK UP THE WORD DAAA..Basic.. no fee no download = NOT FREE, PROPRIETARY DAAAAAA

I don't write reviews very often, but AudiobooksNow goes out of their way to treat customers right. I was having trouble accessing my library and called them in a panic because I was going on a trip the next morning, it was late on a weekend and I ended up in voicemail. I then emailed them my phone number and asked them to call me. A few hours later, someone actually called me and was able to get me into my library. It turned out to be an oversight on my part but wow, what customer service. I will be sticking with AudiobooksNow for as long as I listen to audiobooks.

I like how flexible and transparent this audiobooks service is, by transparent I mean their pricing, you see what everything costs. I can purchase with or without a plan a download the audiobooks and put them on a thumb drive to play in my car. They have all the titles I'm looking for, and to top it off, great customer service too.

I have been a customer of AudiobookNow since 2016 and have been very satisfied with their service. They have a great selection and their website and apps have all the features I want. I also love the fact that I can call them and instantly talk to a live person.

I accidently called them thinking they were another service. Come to find out, that other service does not even have a phone number to call anymore. Needless to say, I switched services and have been very happy with AudiobooksNow. I have called back several times for help and their customer service is incredible. Glad I made the mistake of calling them.

Super rude staff.

I was trying to get my free book and get the free trial but couldn't. When I finally heard back from customer service Bryan told me it was only select books and was "clearly marked" (aka telling me I'm stupid). Very rude. Other options including the library and other far more professional places to get audio books from. Huge turn off.

This is my go to app for audiobooks. It beats everyone else's prices and the website and app work wonderful. I love the Favorite Authors tab and keep track of all my authors there. Their customer service is the best, I wish every company treated their customers like they do. If you love audiobooks, AudiobooksNow is for you!

What triggered me to leave a 5 star review was the rapid reaction of Bryan from customer support who not only answered during the Holidays but also resolved a bug with the technical team regarding to an audiobook that was causing an issue that I kept getting logged out when I was opening “My Library” and thus I couldn’t download or access my library.

I am a client since August 2022. I am satisfied with the portfolio of audio books and I frequently buy audio books because they are downloadable and easy to put on my waterproof mp3 player while I swim or while I commute.

I have used a lot of audiobook services over the years. I listen to audiobooks daily on my commute and wouldn't know what to do without them. I like that I can download the MP3 files from their website and put them on a thumb drive to listen to in my car. I recommend AudiobooksNow.com to all my friends.
