Hey, you guys! That was a great ordering experience. Really! My wife wanted me to get it from Amazon, but I said, "this place looks good." I even checked out Google Street View and photos from inside your store. I was even raving to her about the how easy it was to order, the free shipping, and really quick delivery of my order.

Fast shipping. item came quickly
Didnt know much about this store. Ordered a sennheiser momentum 4 and was pleasantly surprised to see it was shipped out next day and i received item fast. My only request is dont use fedex and try UPS for shipping.

You chose to use FedEx during checkout. Our international shipping policy explicitly states that FedEx shipping costs to certain countries includes taxes and fees. With this system, the customer is NOT responsible for any additional charges at the time of delivery. You went through with paying the full shipping cost, and then you refused the item at customs and opened a chargeback with us.

Audio 46 Not Customer Friendly!
I bought an ifi xDSD Gryphon got a good price, but didn't really read the print describing this particular unit. Ends up being an "Open Box" This is their policy:
Open Box units can be:
customer return
a review unit
store demo that has less than 5 hours of use
Each one of our Open Boxes is inspected by our staff to ensure it is fully functional. We do not list products that have any compromise on their ability to function on par with a brand new item.
All Open Boxes are guaranteed to work as NEW or will be replaced if reported within 7 days of receiving it.
(International orders are NOT eligible for prepaid return shipping on defective items.)
We also clean our Open Boxes and note any cosmetic imperfections, which would be listed in the title.
Well I started to use the Gryphon and a few days in, I noticed that it would stop working. Not sure why, but I would turn it off and it seemed ok. A few days later, I noticed the unit was getting very hot, the battery start3ed to drain quickly and again the unit would stop working. I accessed their website chat and was told after ten days, it's no longer Audio 46's problem. Contact IFI. As much as I hate to say this, I believe it's poor customer service. If this was Amazon or Costco. With Costco, there is an immediate credit. With Amazon, you can ask for a replacement and once Amazon sees the returned unit is in their system, a new unit is sent! Not Audio 46. An "Open Box" item is a way for them to by-pass and responsibility and shifts it to the manufacturer's warranty. I have to box and pay for shipping and I don't have the pleasure of my purchase.

Our return policy requires customers to return the item in like-new condition with complete packaging. We stressed this to you during the RMA process, and you agreed it was complete and even quipped "I can imagine people take advantage." You then returned the $1,700 item without the complete packaging.

Excellent place to buy your earphones
Did business with this company several times, and each time was a excellent experience. The sales people really know about the products that they sell. I order online then go to the store to pick up my order, which is usually ready for pick up in less the 30 minutes, you can’t beat that.
