I booked an appointment for ear wax removal and Khadisha did an excellent job on removing all of the ear in both of my ears. It was very easy to book and I highly recommend this service.

Prompt and thorough service, received from Mark Lovett at Kensington High Street branch. He took the time to do several tests and recommended the best available aids available. Now I am definitely a new client of the Kensington branch.

The appointment was great.Useful,informative and reassuring and the on going process seems well managed and time sensitive for the client. My initial contact through the web site was less than helpful ,answerphone message telling me when they were not there. Also answering the phone in the branch is very hit and miss.

I am very happy I've choose Hidden Hearing. From the reception to the audiology aid who went through with the test and the fitting of the hearing aid, I can say the customer care is excellent.

The person who de-waxed my ears was fine, as usual. I had the appointment in my diary for 18/11/25 and had chcked it, but I did not receive the reminder by email until Sunday afternoon, 16/11/25 at 3.31 pm and the appointment was on the following Tuesday. I could not have given two days notice if I had had to.
