Worst experience of my life....
I was evicted from my home and almost lost everything because of AudienceLab.
PLEASE read my review BEFORE doing business with AudienceLab...
Before we get into this, I feel the need to self-qualify myself as a tech-professional with a resume spanning almost 40 years completing work for blue chip companies including Ford, Coca-Cola, and Wal-Mart. I am not an idiot when it comes to implementing multi-million-dollar ad campaigns using various bleeding-edge technologies that have emerged over the last few decades. Now that is covered....
I spent over $10,000.00 with AudienceLab over the course of a few months. I sent thousands of lines of "consumer data" to our clients. This data was advertised to be "highly targeted". We assisted our clients in deploying ad campaigns, as well as A.I. outbound.
The RESULTS....
WE RECEIVED NOT A SINGLE SOLITARY RESULT FROM ABSOLUTEY ANY OF OUR CAMPAIGNS!!!! NOT ONE!!!!!! NOT... ONE!!!!! EVEN MORE..... WE PHYSICALLY CALLED OVER 2,500 OF THESE "LEADS".... NOT A SINGLE ONE COULD EVEN CONFIRM INTEREST IN THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES WE WERE MARKETING!!!!!! WE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BOUGHT A PHONEBOOK AND SPAMMED EVERYONE!!!!
In the end... I was forced to refund my clients their money. I received NO compensation from AudienceLab. After payroll expenses and compensating my clients, I was out just shy of $20,000.00 in a matter of a few months. 20 GRAND might not be a lot of money to some of you, or to AudienceLab, but it was enough to force me to move my family out of our current residence and get a part time job to make ends meet. In addition, my personal name has been soiled in my local market because I "played around" with my client's money with ZERO results. Not POOR results...... ZERO results. I now look like an idiot because of AudienceLab.
AudienceLab has all but ruined me. And while this was happening..... all AudienceLab's staff did was dodge our questions in live streams... we could NEVER get ANSWERS! We have screenshots and video recordings of COUNTLESS ATTEMPTS at communicating with them.
I'll just say it... AudienceLab is garbage and borderline deceptive. The staff at this organization will perpetually "pass the buck" as they all act like their "data" is derived from some mythical source and NOBODY at their office understands it entirely.... or maybe they don't want to admit the TRUE origin of their data??? I don't want to speculate.
Either way... not a single person at AudienceLab cares about anything other than keeping you "on board" for as many months as it takes for you to realize you're being scammed.
In the end.... I'm a normal "smart" guy. If you're reading this, you're most likely just like me. If so, listen to me..... AVOID AudienceLab. Do NOT do business with them. There are other options.
AudienceLab can go straight to hell for what they did to us.
AudienceLab stessed our family to a breaking point.
AudienceLab should be shut down TODAY.
Now that I've written all this out in long-hand, I just came to the realization I should probably contact legal. Before we get to that, I'm curious to see what the reply from AudienceLab looks like here.
