A 93K driven Audi A3 e-tron 7 years old car suddenly stopped in the middle of highway due to gearbox failed. After inspected by service center, they said the gearbox including metratonic needs to replace. From the day it was confirmed to service, it took 3 weeks to get back my car. I asked for replacement and for 15 days no replacement car given. Of course, they offered with cost on it but my repair cost was 41K and I have always got a replacement car even when I give to local workshop to fix something without any cost. So last week of the maintenance they gave me a replacement car for free which helped a lot.
In my mind when such a mechanical problem arise with big issues, Audi factory should support customer as car was even not 8 years old and not even driven 100K. Another thing, replacement car should be given without even asking.
On a positive note, service manager Niels was polite person and professional. I assume his superior has not given him proper authority to decide about the basic service.
All in all, I have been always a Audi fan but suddenly this incidence alone concluded me why should a customer to be loyal with Audi! For me this is incidence is enough to decide that, Audi is not for me.
Don't buy Audi.

Holding my summer tires without an estimate of when we can pick them up and remove them from Audi. Apparently Audi decided to move tires and what I suspect misplace them right at the peak season for tire changes. No real answers, no solutions and all you get is "I'll put a note in the system" which really means "we have no idea where your tires are and we don't have a clue on what to do". Terrible service! Never experienced anything like this and will not buy Audi when it's time to chose my next car.

I recently visited an Audi garage in Cheshire and was disappointed with the experience. Seeking a better option, I decided to explore Audi at Cheshire Oaks, as I was interested in purchasing a Q4 E-Tron.
At Cheshire Oaks, I was introduced to Abraham Ghosheh. From the moment he greeted me, it was evident that he was dedicated to providing excellent service. He took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and my purchasing options.
Abraham demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He presented various colours and models available for immediate delivery, but the specific colour and model I wanted was not scheduled for delivery until after March 1st, which is the day I required it.
After asking for a moment to check on something, he returned to inform me that he could secure the vehicle I desired from another garage. Although he couldn’t make any guarantees, his optimism was encouraging.
By the time I got home, Abraham had successfully arranged for the car to be transferred to the Cheshire Oaks Audi center, and I paid a deposit. He informed me that the garage does not offer delivery or collection for new vehicles on Saturdays.
Recognizing my disappointment, he made the commendable decision to come in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me.
When he arrived, he mentioned he had driven carefully to ensure the car was in pristine condition upon arrival.
Abraham's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Cheshire Oaks Audi is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend Abraham to anyone seriously considering a vehicle purchase from Audi.

I purchased a A1 from this dealership which from the outset was faulty.
I complained and my complaint was poorly handled so I escalated to the motor ombudsman. They instructed the dealership to issues me with a letter of apology and compensation. Over 2 years later still awaiting both.
Have again contacted the ombudsman.
This dealership is unprofessional and does not care about their customers once a deal has been secured. Avoid this site.
Took car into Whetstone for service and mot. Asked for a couple of items to be looked at at the same time which they said nothing about. They didn’t leave the wheel nut lock key in the car and the service centre doesn’t answer the phone and main number just keeps putting through to them and said the best thing is for me to go and collect it in person - so I have to waste at least 45 minutes of my time to do a round trip because they hadn’t returned this routine item. In over 20 years of getting mots done I have never had this issue.
On the plus side it was a quick turnaround and the representative I had contact with was efficient and it was a nice touch having the video explanation.
