Not support buyers

It is a great platform for buying and selling. However, there is a serious drawback: a buyer can be blocked solely on the basis of a seller's complaint, without any investigation. Yet, no one vets the sellers. This is unacceptable. I tried to resolve the issue through customer support, but they didn't even respond to my inquiry.
