Auction house did a great job selling my property in Nottingham. Such good communication from start to finish. Came to take photos of the property and the advert was up online the following day.

Still waiting for completion but everything has gone smoothly so far.

For anyone wanting a quick sale for whatever reason, highly recommend these guys.

Really bed experience list day exchange continues no one available to give key I driver over 45 minutes to get a key and only mian door key I get it is been over 10 day I'm still waiting to get all other key !!!
That is my first time to buy through auction house and will be last one so bad customer service .

Jordan made the auction of my late uncle's property straightforward and uncomplicated

We recently sold a property with Auction House.
We have used many other similar auction property agents previously, but this was the first time we had used the above property agent.

We were assigned Jordan Rowe as our agent .
We don’t usually write reviews, we only do so if we have received exceptional service, hence , why we are writing this review.

We initially met with Jordan at the house we wanted to sell, we had also met with three other similar agents that same day.
After a couple of minutes, my partner and myself ( the co-owner of the house) knew immediately that Jordan was going to be the agent we wanted to instruct. His professionalism and understanding of our business and our objectives was outstanding. His down to earth approach, and professional knowledge was extremely impressive, and we signed up the same afternoon giving our instructions to Jordan.

After this initial meeting, Jordan subsequently got the ball rolling ,so to speak ,and we were up and running with the advertising of our house which was completed in a very short period of time. Throughout our journey of sale, Jordan made regular contact with us (keeping us fully informed) and talked us through every step of the auction process.

The house then sold at auction very quickly ,and we achieved our sale !
There were no issues at all .

We honestly cannot recommend Jordan enough. Anyone reading this review and thinking of using the agent company should be assured of a gold star service , just ask though to be dealt with by Jordan Rowe!!!
